It is great to see that you are back. Your son is such a handsome boy! And such a good baby to sit patiently during your podcast. You had quite a yarn haul which was wonderfully fun to watch since I am on a yarn diet until I get several things knitted. Scout is a good choice. It is a real pleasure to knit with great stitch definition and very even stitches. I have knit cables and colorwork with it.

I’ve been really enjoying books by Elisabeth Gaskell this month, plus I finally read the LOTR trilogy which was super fun. Awe, he's so chibi! Your favorite from your fall collection was my favorite, too. I got the linen blend. I dont usually pick muted colors, but I really wanted something light for our warm springs. It'll be great for spring with the other colors I picked. I just finished the andes wool sweater I've been working on. Your colorways are next before I get back to the merchanized cotton top that is half done. I knitted on that all summer, and my hands need a break from cotton.

I really enjoyed the hint about the “double knitting” the stitches for the icord edging for a crescent shawl. Do you have a recommendation for a RU-vid tutorial to see it being done.
