Hi Sheila! Thanks for these candid videos when mental health is taking a toll on us. It is okay to take time to relax and take care of ourselves. Don’t feel pressured to do so many things when December as it is is already a busy month and with the weather changes it can be hard to keep up a good face. I hope you’re doing well. Either way, I appreciate your efforts in Vlogmas! In a way, it’s nice to see how so many of us are handling this hectic season with the holidays coming up. We don’t feel so alone in our struggles.
