🍋🥘 Slow cooker creamy lemon chicken
-4 chicken breasts
-165g cream cheese
-1 white onion
-1 lemon
-fresh chives
-salt & pepper
-add any vegetables: mushrooms, runner beans, broccoli, peppers!
-brown the chopped onion & chicken breasts in olive oil then pop them in the slow cooker. Add the cream cheese, juice of one lemon, 1 teaspoon of fresh chives & salt and pepper to the slow cooker and cook on medium for 5-6 hours (add the chosen veggies towards the end, 1-2 hours)
