i heard you mention BALDIE!!!??? i'm literally so addicted to baldur's gate 3 right now, i can't read until i'm done. i love astarion. but now...gale has my heart. i played through until act 3 and my friends asked why i didn't have gale. i thought he was annoying. so i restarted the game so i would have him in my party. now i'm in a healthy and committed relationship with gale. my boyfriend doesn't mind, luckily. lol

I was going to suggest the Murderbot series to but you're already reading it! If you like her writing style - I highly suggest The Witch King (which I believe is a standalone fantasy). So good! (annnnd clearly I wrote this comment mid video - I'm glad you already read Witch King!) I'm going to read the next Murderbot book soon (#4 for me).

I empathize with feeling confused! I’m about 130 pages into The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson and while the writing is compelling I have absolutely no clue what’s going on, why, what this story is supposed to be about, or where it’s going. Haha!

Who said nerds aren't cool? We thrive lol. Haven't played bg3, but I have been a Forgotten Realms fan for years.

I'm not going to lie: I actually had to google theories about the ending of Nona in order to make sense of it. But I still loved every minute of that book, and my mind was blown by the end. Finding the clues Muir placed, the reveals of the "J" chapters turning the world on its head, my babies...I just need Alecto to get here soon. I need closure, and I need to know whether my heart is going to be broken forever or not. Muir has done a great job of making me trust them, despite the utter confusion the books cause in me. (I'm also so happy we FINALLY got rid of that stupid blurb reducing this amazing series to "lesbian necromancers in space". It's so much more than that.)

I read the Locked Tomb books and couldn’t begin to tell you what they are about 🤪 But I enjoyed the journey!
