The days are slipping by faster and faster, making my anxiety spiral. Have you been feeling overwhelmed or down lately? I wanted to make this video for anyone who is or anyone who just wants to relax for a while, because I know content like this help me so much.
It's autumn and one of my favorite months of the year, October. I'm trying to slow down to savor the sights, the sounds, the smells, even if it's just the sound of crunching leaves as I walk to my car after work, or the crows cawing in the morning. What do you like to do in autumn? I'm making next week's video all about activities I'm getting up to this season! 🍂

One subtle thing I really appreciate about your videos is that they aren’t blindingly bright like most videos on RU-vid. I can actually watch these at night or when I have migraine episodes.

I am a introvert also and I don’t do well in social gatherings. I rather be alone in my room. I just like doing my own thing. Don’t have many friends in my life that I can trust. But with your videos are awesome and I rewatch all your videos over and over again. Thank you for putting such relaxing and amazing content. I just wanna say Thank you. I'm also an introvert and an empath, and right now I'm feeling really low and burned out. Lots of negativity around me, and it's tearing me apart. I really resonated and all round needed to hear what you spoke on about grace! I try to meditate every day but eventually it started to feel like more of like a chore so I took a hiatus. I always say "Give yourself grace ". I don't move to exercise every day, but I clean my home, tackle my very large yard with so many trees, which means so. many. leaves. I stand all day at work (hairstylist) & I have a 10 yr old son eho keeps me active. I may not exercise in the conventional way during this season of my life, but I will never regret choosing playing with my son while he is young. He'll have his own life in a few short years. 🥺😭😭🤧 And then I'll cry during my yoga classes. Also, I said "Give yourself grace" as my mantra & told everyone who was being hard on themselves to do the same. Now I feel in this year we need to also "Give others grace" ❤🙏🏼 I have email phobia too 😱😣

Have you tried making your own potting mix? I find that when I make my own for each type like succulents, cacti, palms, etc. they really thrive! It's very cheap to make in bulk and store as well 🌱✨
