Cozy Up With My Sweden Winter Morning Routine 

Here's a peek into my morning routine and quiet time when I'm in Sweden!
So glad to finally find a way to wash my hair, even if it was rather chilly outside in the cottage garden (this was filmed in February) Yes, this really IS how I wash my hair when I'm in Sweden -unless it's warm enough for a dip in a nearby Swedish lake.
If you're wondering what that is that I'm eating for breakfast, it's Leksands Sourdough (surdeg) Crispbread, Kalles caviar, butter and senapsill (pickled raw herring in a mustard sauce).
The book I’m reading and making notes on is ‘Sabbath : Finding Rest, Renewal and Delight in our Busy Lives’ by Wayne Muller.
The cottage is on the grid for electricity but ‘off grid’ for its water supply, which is from an old well. There are no water pipes in the house, all my water has to be drawn from the well.
