I thought I'd play around with a different style video! Please let me know what you think :)
This recipe is a non-vegan hamburger helper that I found on pinterest and modified to make vegan. This made for a delicious, hearty dinner in a short amount of time. I hope you like it!

3:21 I know this is an old video, but one thing I remembered about the roux is that cooking it also helps reduce the starchiness of the flour.

10:20 Yum..... A good recipe I did a few times was a one pot mushroom stroganoff. And it gets finished with soy yogurt. Thicker yogurt is better. I don't know if vegan yogurts have a greek style.

Ooohhh I love a good mushroom stroganoff. I'm gonna have to try that! Also I'm sure someone has made a vegan greek yogurt by now!

1:51 So, what is the shape of your cutting board. I want to say it's Kansas or Nebraska. One of the square-ish states.... Or is it Iowa? Maybe Oregon?
