When I saw the title, I assumed you were going to mount it on your track saw. Happy cycling. As with most of these cases I'd recommend a test in the shower with the phone replaced by paper towel. Check both orientations, including pressing buttons. Charging port may be the weakest point. I recall a thing years ago (maybe a watch) that was meant to be water proof, but wasn't if you used the buttons!
Interesting, this is the only review of the product on youtube. How about phone calls? The speaker is covered. How about loudspeaker for the navigation insructions, can you hear it? How about the photos quality? The lenses are covered with additional glas. Could you answer these questions or make an update of this review?
Thank you for this thorough review! One point that I am not fond of is that I would need to remove my screen protector every time I use my bicycle. Yes, one could use that bulky case, but I like things on the light side, and would be frustrating and expensive to keep replacing a new screen protector... Maybe a similar product that could be slide out, do whatever needs to be done as far as GPS directions, slide in and on your way?
I have had 3 previous iPhones and have never used screen protectors and none of my phones have ever had an issue with the screen. The modern glass technology is amazing and I am happy not to use them. I do understand your point for those who feel they have to have a screen protector. Cheers. Peter
Pretty interesting item indeed, Peter! Great review! 😃 I thought you were going to build one out of wood... But this definitely works better! Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
