Sir mere father ka apni Chachi ke sath ek unregistered will ko lekar assistant collector grade 1 ki court me case chala, 1978 me , case mere father ki chachi ne file kiya tha. Case mere father ke favour me hoa. My father is dead 1986, abi 2021 me mere father ki osi chachi ne same property ka fresh case mere uper daal diya,jiska faisla 1980 me ho chuka tha, hamne court me section 11 resjudicata me batya ki Plantiff mere father ke sath case lar chuki hai. Order bi diya but case dismiss nahi hua, na hi Plantiff ke advocate ne replication file ki. Abi mere father ki chachi Plantiff ki death ho gayi. Abi kisi unnoun person ne ek will mere case me court me pesh ki LR bane ke liya. Will mere father ki chachi duwara 2021 me osi unnoun ke name ki thi.Kuch bi samaj nahi aa raha ab kye kare.
