Namaste mam. Mere wife ne jhoothi jewelry list di hai and uske badle paisa maanga hai jo ki trade bill maana jaa sakta hai. Now as per order 37, bill of exchange ke saath bhi suit chalaya jaa sakta hai. To kya false jewelery list ke saath order 37 lagake damage compensation maanga jaa sakta hai ? Thoda technical hai lekin possible hai kya ?

Yes . You can file summary suit under order 37 CPC. As well as you can file criminal case under section 406 ( criminal breach of trust) and sec 417 ( cheating).
