I actually edited this on my phone! This is a fun technique to do in sparring, also may be useful in self-defense if you need to take someone down, especially if you've already been knocked to the ground and they are continuing to attack.

It may seem awesome to some people but it will likely get you hurt....it takes a long time and lots of practice and even then, it may work only a small percentage of times,

That's why they are practicing it in a very slow safe manner with a cooperative training partner and not in a sparring setting against a resisting opponent. Granted there's room for error. Like that stance that the adult was in. That right leg looked a bit awkward for a second. I would have stood more like the boy.
