I recommend scraping the side of the pot on the inside to get all the seasoning out when stirring the pot throughout cooking.

Next time try putting the flesh of the coconut in the blender with water and make the coconut milk in the blender…….it comes out very nice and also a lot easier than grating then adding the water. Crab looks bestttt. Enjoy 😊
