Dear sir mera ek query hai, Question 3 me aapne Index me NAME , CITY ye dono column liye hai. Output is correct but sir hum to index me sirf desired output ka range lete hai but why its different here?

sir,conditional formatting ka ek chota sa doubt h. "use a formula to determine which cells to format" me jb formula lgate h to jha jha formula ki value true or 1 hogi vhi pe formatting krta h na?i means sirf true or false wale formulas me hi work krta h na?ya kuch aur criteria bhi hota h formatting krne ka?
