Scotch anyone that leaves any country is for reasons, and not everyone’s situation is the same. You don’t know if they were suffering in China, people in serious situations are the ones that enter illegally when you have the luxury to return to your native country and know you’ll have a home/job waiting you wouldn’t go to those lengths
No you don't get it. There are 2 kinds of illegal workers. 1) Those that paid traffickers to smuggle them into the country to find work i.e those 37 dead vietnamese workers who tried entering via a refrigerated truck. "People smuggling" 2) Those that were brought over against their will to become indentured workers i.e that vietnamese man that was made a slave to illegal cannibis farms: www.theguardian.com/news/2019/jul/26/vietnamese-cannabis-farms-children-enslaved Since the kid wasn't getting paid, the officer assumed that he was made to work against his will. "Human Trafficking" Many a time, those that paid to be smuggled in do end up being trafficked. Many of them borrow from loan sharks locally under the impression that they'll be earning a comparatively decent amount to back home. However, the truth couldn't be further because of the surplus of illegal workers in the UK that lower the rate. The victims in the Morecoombe disaster were paid 33x lesser than a legal worker would've. The UK has tried combatting this by driving trucks with posters in different languages and blasting PSA's in areas which are known to house many illegals. In addition, they have created many videos in different languages warning of low pay that air in many of their visa offices overseas. The biggest issue is that many that voluntarily get trafficked to the UK are lied to by traffickers and don't have the resources to refute these lies.
How does that Chinese lady own an entire business without even having a passport or any status at all? And the "babysitter" had prescribed medication too!!

@Dan K You sound jealous. He's clearly a charismatic guy but being charismatic alone doesn't get you past the border agency. In the first place, his "overstay" was very minimal and he still returned voluntarily. When he provided further documentation that was enough to satisfy the border agency so clearly his reasons were sufficiently compelling and reasonable.

Successful! 'Anglos caused most of the world's problems' (David Cameron, British Prime Minister, 2010-2016) Anglo clans practiced centuries-long Slavery; from Caribbean to North & South America, by wiping out indigenous Native people originally living there, by replacing them with millions of slaves brought from Africa, by enslaving them and living off on their blood and sweat. Isn't it shocking to learn that Anglo invaded nine out of ten nations, all but 22 nations in the whole wide world ? Moreover, Anglo practiced centuries-long Colonialism in over 50 nations, by living off on their blood and sweat, as well as on those bountiful lands for natural mineral resources, which were essentials requirement for industrial revolution. Anglo still Colonized many parts of the world, including two vast bountiful Continents; North America and Australia Continents. Among the five main Anglo nations; Britain, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, all but Britain is looted from others.

I heard a story from a retired border agent here in San Diego years ago. Every afternoon he saw the same boy crossing the border back to Tijuana, and every day for years he would stop the boy, search him, and his bike for anything hidden, and he would say he was just returning from school. Years went by after the agent retired, and he saw that same young man, now grown up at a local pub. The UK is so terrified of offending someone they'll bend over backwards to accommodate. As a result, there are thousands of illegal's there who have been allowed entry. 🤣
how do you know she paid taxes? My daughter lives in the UK and before becoming a citizen, the taxes came from her income, and she had no rights to any tax credit for her dependents. I doubt this woman is filing and claiming income.
Happened here in Oneill Nebraska Aug 8, 2018. Hispanic and illegal wife been here for years taking advantage of other illegals millions were involved that they stole from the others . Look up ICE raid w that date in Nebraska. A local pig farm hired illegals through a broker so on paper he only paid the legal broker not the illegals that worked for him. This is why they need to stop illegals because they are trafficked and used and threatened
In the US tax evasion and illegal immigration are both separate crimes. Though the second is a misdemeanor. If you pay your taxes as an illegal immigrant they will consider that if you are discovered. Or at least they used to, until the current administration decided illegal immigration was equal to murder in the listing of crimes. Frankly I think so long as a person doesn't have a criminal record, and they don't commit serious crimes while here, they should be allowed to come in with ease. That way it would make it easier to find the really dangerous illegals. Come in illegally, then you must be a criminal. It would be to our great benefit (and theirs) to aid those countries with grossly corrupt governments and very poor economies. And I don't think it would be that hard, especially if the first world countries all worked together.
so why not apply for a visa, and if there is not a reason to decline a visa, then is that not good enough for you.. these people suppress the wages of the British.. the UK was a much nicer and better place before the wave of immigration both legal and illegal.. ever heard of the speech "rivers of blood".. more than 100% right, the only thing wrong was the underestimation of the way things were going to turn out... also in a lot of countries like India and those in Africa, it is a population explosion that has created the situation ... so they have no one to blame but themselves
@@milesinnz many people can't simply get a visa, they will likely be denied for being poor. I'm if you're were born in a poor country you would be more sympathetic to these people. @@chrischris5337 They cannot get a visa because they can make no contribution to the country they are seeking a visa from. I will be making Cambodia my permanent home as soon as the dreadful situation about covid in SE Asia resolves itself. Cambodia is the poorest country in SE Asia and has suffered the worst genocide since WW2. I am part of a family that are in one of the poorest regions of Cambodia, the last strong hold of the Khmer Rouge. When I was young in the UK, I never had a home and was virtually an orphan - and no brothers or sisters, no one. Google “Glasgow slums”, or anything on the UK with slums from say even 1970. You don’t have a clue what you are talking about and you are part of the culture of expecting someone else to solve your own problems. One reason why I can do just about anything now, was because there was never anyone to help me, so I only had myself to rely on. I can also tell you that Khmer (people of Cambodia) are not playing the sick game that these economic migrants are playing. Most just want a better standard of living at someone else's expense. These people raise money to pay traffickers, more than many people in the UK could raise - so tell me, how can they do this ??? As I said, you don’t have a clue what you are talking about, but the trouble is you think you do, and that makes you part of the problem. I am quite happy to debate this with you but my experience is that people like you just make a run for it when confronted with reality sometimes deleting all their messages. Now why would they behave like this ? And I won’t get an answer about that either...
@@milesinnz Here's the thing. I'm not denying your growing up poor. I did too. However, my country is still not developed and still faces many many issues like povery, hunger, drug traffic and corruption. I was once an immigrant too. And some developed countries do need immigrants as a workforce, like the US - which has been facing a huge lack of workers at minimum wage jobs. If you feel like being on your own growing up shaped you to be independent, good on you. But you can't expect everyone's up upbringing to match yours. This reasoning is very ilogical. Besides, if you were born into a developed country, even if you were poor, you had better chances of having a decent life, whereas for many people of very poor countries climbing that income ladder is like climbing Mount Everest. Also, many migrants work. Why is that not a valid contribution to a country? I'm not saying all immigrats are inherently good people and free of criticism, I'm saying you shouldn't judge their choice to risk everything they have to persue a better life. For many people, a better life means fleeiing war and crime and hunger.
Have you not twigged it? They are not the owners.... They are mere workers! I'd have thought that was obvious. The real owner of the business wants cheap labour. He imports them as & when required. All these business's are run on the same lines. You can bet, too, little or no VAT is paid either. 90% of customers pay cash. The whole fast-food industry needs shaking down. From VAT to Income Tax to food standards: Everything. But it won't happen, will it? Too much "wokeness" in Britain these days....... So little grasp on reality.
If that had been actual heart medicine, they would have allowed her to take it. Must have been a medicine that alters level of consciousness which would not be allowed...anti-anxiety med or such. I think she's just a manipulator. Not her first rodeo.
Very easily. Acute stress brings on a lot of conditions that are usually managed with medications. The psychological and physiological response to this kind of stress/trauma can be similar to that of a life and death situation (and for some it might literally be life and death). The process seems reasonable to us from the outside, but in the moment that's not necessarily how the body responds, especially given the fact that people who resort to illegal entry are usually leaving home because of poor living conditions and potentially dangerous, life threatening circumstances.
Probably hasn't been what you imagine as a medicine ( Chinese medicine doesn't work with "western" meds). Heart condition can be managed well unless you get into a situation that causes excessive stress, which this definitely is. Get off your high horse.
