Thank you coach for all of your advice, i was once been dumped he blocked me in all social media but i dont chase him, during 3weeks with no contact i developed myself, i felt so beautiful and keep on smiling everyday, i do thinking about him every from time to time but i let it be, i don't hurt like the way on my first to 3 days broke up, so after 3 weeks he unblocked and call me but i ignored his call, he sent me a messaged asking forgiveness and begged me to accept him again but i don't reply him right away, i wait untill a day passed and replied saying... "Hi" and he immediately responce but i only read it and replied again the next day. Now we are back again and in good term, i hope this will be the endless happiness and thank God for this second chance.
Thank you for your compassion. I was so blinded by pain and almost braindead with suffering that I could not see reality. I was actually terrified of the depth of my heart and when my ex would try to date me, or just act like a friend I would freeze in place . I needed counseling but didnt know it. I elevated my education, changed my phone number, bought a little house in another town. I never want that experience again.

Me ex left me sick and broke in 2015 . thousands years ago . I was in trauma , hopeless disoriented and devastated. I went through a living hell on earth. thank god I survived , today I am with someone else. Trying to get healthy doing my workout everyday, eating healthy .

What if my ex was someone who doesn’t have a lot of hobbies or interest in activities as I was the one taking him out of his comfort zone and pushing him to discover things. I made the mistake of visiting her house after she seemed as though she was ready to come back when was talking to her on the phone, she stepped away to chsrge her phone she mentioned but her family was giving her a hard time and were wondering I was calling her. By instinct I went to her house to drop off some of the gifts she had given me and to talk to her. Her family didn't want me there and she and them were saying in the background that she wants to close that chapter of her life. Her brother was practically blocking the door and then when I went back it was her dad was there. He mentioned that me and her are moving to the next chapters in or lives especially since she just had her kidnry transplant from her other brother. I feel like her family had a huge influence on the choice she made. I did my part and I'm curious if all hope is lost. Can I still get her back

I have tried to take your steps, to tell him, Okay, we are not going to be together. He filed for divorce and will not longer talk about anything with me. He has someone else he is doing things for and going on to my vacation spots with in July through August. This is so painful. He is setting up a lasting relationship with her. During this "No Contact" period should I reply with thanks or say nothing? My "good-bye" letter is not supposed to happen until this coming Friday May 12th. Take care of yourself. You can be nice to him but he needs to do better in the communication department. He may improve in time and regret his behavior, how long are you willing to wait?

i'm in the exact same boat, just a few months ahead. it's not too late, but it might be too early. these things are part luck, part faith. work on yourself to feel independent of her, so that if the situation presents itself, you're making the right decision out of strength, not desperation. in this case, selfishness is good.

You generally have to msg him first since youre the one that dumped him. He very well could be doing the no contact rule on you. Its almost 100% guarantee he will respond if you msg first.

@Saniya Hawkins id tell him that HE is emotionally draining you now. Tell him the roles reversed and he needs to be a man and fix the relationship! Dont tell him you love him or anything else. Dont apologize for anything. Just demand that he fixes the relationship. And then go radio silence. Dont post dont talk. Move out asap. Wait like 4 months for him to return. If he doesn't return in 4 months then just move on.
I apologize to him after pressuring him to get back together by using other person. I did not get any response. After a couple of days he stalked me in my account but still not replying. I saw him posting qoutes that he liked someone else.What does it mean? Can I still get my ex back?
