Zacian actually didn't ohko Revavroom. For some reason, the calculator always calcs with +1 attack on Zacian because of Intrepid Sword. You can check this by looking at any calc at +5 and then changing it to +6 attack. You will see no change, because Zacian's default state is at +1 for the calc and +7 obviously doesn't exist, so it stops scaling at +5. If you want to calc something with Zacian at neutral, you actually have to put it at -1 attack and if you do that, it says Play Rough only dealt 50% max.
This Dacian calculation bug is purely based on the selected ability. If Intrepid Sword is selected the calculator will simply take for granted that is has activated. If you change the ability you will see a difference.
The cracking of coal refers to a process called coal gasification or coal pyrolysis. It involves heating coal in the absence of oxygen to break it down into simpler molecules, typically producing gases like hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and methane, along with some liquid byproducts. This process is often used to produce synthetic natural gas or other valuable chemicals from coal.
if you apply this mindset and (easier said than done) resistance to tilting to enough games, you'll 100% get to #1 eventually. keep up the awesome videos, I love them! 🎉🎉
I can't, for the life of me, figure out what the hell was happening with that Morpeko. Why didn't he protect towards the end? Why didn't he sack Dragapult for the extra poison and then protect chip?!
23:54 imo, perrserker was so free here. The most potent mon to punch some holes into their team ended up being a sac to sunflora/azelf which was pretty sad to watch. Fortunately, they choked at the end.
Personally I would've just sacked Vikavolt in the first game. He's so slow that preserving him at 1HP isn't worth it. He'll die to entry hazards, priority, etc. You instead lost a very good pokemon in bombardier and revealed a late game cleaner like dragapult early. He got so much more out of Magmortar that could've been avoided.
At the beginning of that second battle: Can someone please explain to me how Turn 1, Toucannon’s Knock Off was slower than Komala’s Double-Edge (as it should be, 156 vs 166 Speed stats), but then on Turn 2, Toucannon was able to start charging Beak Blast (which Freezai’s chat shows as a -3 priority move) before Komala Knock Off for KO?
@@matthewwilliams7011 It's not a command, it's a browser extension you have to download, and then it'll automatically pop up (make sure to refresh Showdown after installing). It's available on basically every browser.
Every good player does online yes, it would be cheating in VGC LAN tournaments, but online there's no way to monitor if people are calcing so it's allowed, even in VGC tournaments.
