[THE BANE CHRONICLES SPOILERS] I think Tessa will appear but will not be a big part in the story. We know by reading The Bane Chronicles that she convinced Magnus to help Jocelyn hide the shadow world from Clary. Maybe Tessa appears in the epilogue, maybe Jocelyn presenting Tessa to Clary saying "hey, this is the woman who helped me before. I also chose our last name after hers. She's also grand-grand-grand-grandmother of Jace's".

Hoping Cassandra Clare doesn't pull a Veronica Roth on us.

My Theories: 1. Luke will die, leaving Jocelyn pregnant with his unborn child. 2. Jordan will die but not Maia. She will end up moving to California and enrolling in college. She will be in TDA. 3. After learning about Will and Tessa from Jem, Jace will decide to carry on the Herondale name (at least I hope so!!!!!) 4. Clary and Jonathan will have an epic showdown. 5. Clary will continue her Shadowhunter training. And I think Jocelyn will teach her. 6. Simon and Raphael will fight each other and Simon will die. 7. Izzy will become an Iron Sister. 8. Jonathan will not die but his soul will be healed. He will seek redemption in TDA and the followup series. 9. The Praetor Lupus will play a major part in Heavenly Fire. 10. The Seelie Queen and Meliorn will die.

I don't think I've been this scared for a new book in a series since Deathly Hallows.

I actually think Jace might die (Yes, I started crying when I had this thought) but in the synopsis for Lady Midnight it says "fastest and deadliest Shadowhunter SINCE Jace Lightwood." These books are only set a few years in the future and the whole 'since' thing infers that he's like dead or something so yeah

I feel like Simon's bite is what makes Maureen special. And I was thinking if Alec dies ( I think he will *tear tear*) then Jem would fight alongside Jace like parabatai. Like reuniting Jem with a Herondale. Your crackpot theories are usually close to the real deal! I am sooooo pumped for COHF!!

I'm just holding out for the Sebastian death scene. (Because come on it has to be a thing) Like I wanna say Clary's gonna kill him but what if it's Jace? Or like Simon has a shining moment or maybe JEM WHAT IF JEM KILLS SEBASTIAN OMG CAN THAT BE A THING I have this strange feeling that Cassie's gonna get Malec back together and then after some huge battle Alec is going to find Magnus dying and Magnus is gonna say "It was worth giving up my immortality for you" or something AH FEELS Plus I kinda hope that at the end of the book in like an epilogue we get to see Jem and Tessa reunite like in CP2 and they talk or something like that AND MAYBE JEM TELLS HER THAT HE MET JACE SO MANY POSSIBILITIES it's like deathly hallows all over again

I think Magnus might die. He is a really popular character but he had a very long life and we did get to know him better in the Bane Chronicles. And I'm really worried about Jace!! If he dies I will be so sad! And I think they might go to the demon realm. There was a lot of foreshadowing in both TMI and TID. And also, Maybe Clary's dreams througout the series will sort of become real. She's always dreaming about Sebastian with wings.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if she found a way to save Sebastian.

Actually, I really think Simon is the one who's going to die. HE is the boyfriend, I think they (Simon and Izzy) will come out as a couple, and then he dies. I think he dies because he survived for too long. Which brings us to the cover: CLARY IS WEARING WHITE BECAUSE SIMON DIED! And I also think he is killed by Sebastian. Tessa and Jem are probably going to help to kill Sebastian (And I know Jem and Jace meet each other at some point of the book). Everyone is really worried about Jace dying, but I think (based on the TDA sinopse) Jace will no longer be a shadowhunter. And I'm actually more worried about Clary... I think she meets Tessa because she is also a hybrid, but in a different way. There is no way she could draw those symbols as a "slightly changed shadowhunter" ! I think she is an actual angel, or she is Ithuriel's daughter (Though I can't say that's actually possible).

Cassandra said that Clockwork Princess epilogue takes place after TMI or DURING CITY OF HEAVENLY FIRE DURING DURING DURING !!!! So I think they are going to use Tessa's powers to kill Sebastian... But there is a line in the epilogue of CP when Jem says it's a story of different Herondales and Lightwoods or something like that and that makes me think that their (Tessa and Jem) conversation takes place after TMI but I hope not !!! I want to see them help TMI characters wohooo !!!!

I was rereading CoLS and there was a moment where *SPOILER* Sebastian tried to make Clary drink from the Infernal Cup, and it cuts into her lip, and there was also a snippet where Clary seems to forget that Sebastian was a psycho-so I'm afraid that that blood she *almost * drank from the cup ends up entering her system.

honestly my fav. videos of yours are your crackpot theories :) what if because Magnus is mad at the shadowhunters he's not with them a lot and so THATS how Tessa comes into play because we know they have kept in touch. and he's like the one person she can go to. and that would keep her and jem apart if jems with the shadowhunters and Tessa's with Magnus.

I was just re reading all of the TMI books and i found in city of bones when clary walks out in isabelles to small dress jace pulls the pins out of clarys hair just like when tessa is wearing jessamines to small dress will pulls the pins out of tessas hair. I thought it was so heartwarming to see how similar jace and will are in personalities

Ok this is something I got from the special edition of CoFA. It's Jace's letter to Clary that night they spend together in CoG and I know Christine loves CoG. The letter is so cute and I just wanted to share it with everyone!
