Love the quality of your products. I don’t think ppl have an appreciation of how much work it is to prep and set up at a craft show. Your booth is lovely!!
Get some jump rings to help with the tassel ,9mm would work, the kits on Amazon usually have tools to help with installation. You might also consider the Jumbo Hefty bags to put some of the higher end purses in. I get anxious thinking about one of my bags getting wet or soiled in case one of the rubber maid containers get knocked over or dropped. P.s. It does help having a helpful hubby, I'm lucky too to have one of those! This series of videos for bag prep, travel and set up for the craft fair is so helpful and fun, thank you!! I love your set up, the hangers in black and turquoise bookcase, all of it looks AMAZING!!
Great video. Thank you for sharing. I am the designer of the Zip 'N Go pattern and as every pattern designer has experienced, there are so many similar bags out on the market. Jessica Cruzan once said years ago that a bag style can not be owned by anyone but the written word, pictures, ideas, etc found within a written pattern are owned by the designer and the creator of the pattern. I worked very hard on creating my pattern and am very proud of how it has been received. Thank you for sharing your love of it and how well received it is at your sales. I am working on my second pattern and will be sharing it soon.
I love that you showed us how you prepared for the show in the last couple of videos and then how you set up your booth and finished with a recap of the day!!! Your booth looks so cool and professional!!! Love it!!!
Thank you for sharing this with us. I love how your business is truly a family event. Your hubby and son are so helpful. ❤️ Didn’t it feel great to get out to a show again?
Love watching market vlogs! I’ve noticed the same thing, what will sell well at one market doesn’t sell at another market. And I also notice it online. What I sell more on Etsy is completely different to what does well as craft shows. 🤷🏻♀️
looks great Caitlin, you have a very supportive family also helping you out there, I hope you managed to cover your cost and make extra aswell, weather looked lovely for it also
Aren't Supportive Husbands just THE GREATEST!!! LOVE THE VAN! Do you have an etsy shop or do all your sales through craft fairs? Wondering how many craft fairs you go to a year to sell your Great products!
What you are calling the zip n go- I learned to make 2 1/2 years ago - free tutorial on youtube by Gina at Owl Be Sewing. Gina called it The Maggie Bag. She had it as a wristlet strap - I modified and added 2 d rings and made it a crossbody. It is my best seller! Felt bad for Gina giving pattern out for free then another person selling - but it is what it is in the crafting world! Watch Gina, tell me if there are any major differences other than making it into a crossbody. What a great hubby to do that for your van!!! All your items are so cute! Surprised no one bought a peek-a-boo!
I like it alot! I'm doing my first craft show. At a employees event. I'm nervous and crunch time For me to have a lot of bags ready!! 😵 I'm going to do my best and learn from it. Also, where did u get that merry go round display? What advice can u give me?
