I really appreciated the background glimpse into a true creative genius. Yes, kids, I called your mom a genius! I only just the other day noticed that your ribbon looked familiar from a previous video. I have the root beer version. I must have also gotten mine 55 years ago. (Thanks to your videographer.)

I have a corner in my kitchen. Sometimes I think I’d like a dedicated room but then I think I’d either never see my family or end up not crafting. This way I’m still amongst everyone. ☺️

That was fun. I have a small craft room that is around 9x9. It is the first time I've ever had a dedicated craft room and I love it. It is my happy place. Before that, I crafted on a table in my apartment living room. it can be done as you show so well. We always picture the card making "stars" as having huge fancy craft rooms with all the equipment and a photography studio, etc. It isn't the space that makes the magic, it is the creativity and skill. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for sharing your space. I went from the dining room corner/kitchen table to a small bedroom when kids moved out. Definitely had more control in the smaller space! Having more space is nice but one can easily over indulge and then forget what you have! Love your energy and creativity!

I'm 73 and I have to stand while working (years of working as an RN). The rainbow trees are super and pop against the white background. LOVE your craft space tour, Laura..... you are such a kick! Have to admit that I have more space, but it's also a 'multi-purpose' room..... but I don't come even CLOSE to making as many cards as you do! SO funny how you photograph your cards - hey yeah, it IS exercise! I put my cards on a bed to photograph - also because that's where the natural light is. Even that calls for a lot of moving around to get the angles you want. Wow - can't believe it's already been two years since you moved to Germany.... time flies! Hope it's warming up a bit for you guys over there - spring is coming slowly to my area. Thanks for sharing your space with us!
I love this! My craft space is small, too. I work in my dining room with one armoire with drawers and a fold down desk, a small table, two rolling carts (like yours, but in mint and YELLOW), and a stack of 12x12 bins of scrapbooking paper. I don't really need more, and it's delightful to see other crafters using smallish spaces in communal spaces. Also, your craft space is beautiful and tidy, and I'm sure that when it's a little messy all of that chaos is creatively juicy!
Love it! If I had to get down on the floor like that to take a photo, I may never be to able get up 😄#creak. I launched myself into that crouching position a few years ago to check our dogs ear when she kept scratching it. There was a delightful twang in my knee resulting in many useless months of physio and finally an amazing cortisone injection to put me right 😂😂 The light reflector thing looks great too! Was just at IKEA in Emeryville, CA yesterday getting some small baskets/bins for some virtual classes this weekend. I just love that you don't have oodles and gobs of "stuff" but you can still make beautiful cards. Sometimes, after watching videos, I feel like I need to spend $300 to get all the stamps, paper, copics, etc. I am a budget crafter and look for sales, coupons and alternatives. Thanks so much for sharing your space and being so real. :)

You have so much in a small space and this is your job. I have triple that in my craft room that is a hobby I do in spurts. I love your condensed videos and now I know I have to clean out my craft room. I have two Alex drawers full of ink pads and I see I have to minimize my items. Thank you for the inspiration.
