WOW is all I can say. I just watched the first 5 minutes and tried this as I was given a pile of Vinyl a few days ago and would NEVER have thought of this. THANK YOU as you have now taken my cards to a whole different level
I’ll bet you’re the only person to think of using vinyl on cards & l think you are so clever. I’m dying to try it myself. I absolutely love your videos. You have a calm voice that’s very easy to listen to & you’re funny as hell. This video was intriguing to say the least. Did l see you put foil on texture paste or did l dream that. Anyway thanks for the inspiration and the sheer joy you put in my day Big Hugs.❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗👍🌈
I have wondered if we could use vinyl on paper crafts & now, thankfully you’ve shown that we can !!!!! Thank you so much. You are so clever & explain everything so well. Love, love, love your videos. Genius- that’s you !!!🤗🤗🤗👍❤️😀🥰😛🥳
I love your ideas. Last year at Christmas I bought rolls of silver glitter vinyl and die cut Christmas trees from them for the front of my cards. It worked really well, so I have been doing more of that. I will now incorporate some of your ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Hey JD, I recently joined your crafty You Tubing family. I really enjoy your work, the way you explain, the funny little jokes you say. I think you give many great craft ideas, that really give me the motivation to start my crafting again. Thank you for all your inspiration!!
I love your card hack videos. I follow so many craft channels but you are my favourite. I love how creative your cards are, so many cool techniques and ideas I would never have thought of 😍
Great ideas and tips! I love the format of your videos, how straightforward your instructions are, and that you show little mistakes and how you fix them. Thank you for sharing.
Girl! Like you knew what I was up to,lol. I just bought vinyl from Tuesday morning to try with my big shot. Thanks for doing all the hard work, now I know what to do.🙂
One way I use vinyl is with embossing folders. I stuck an A2 size piece of vinyl to scrap cardstock, and dry embossed it. Some metallic cardstocks crack when you dry emboss them, but the vinyl does not. It works perfectly!
This was great!! Thank you so very much for the ideas, I do vinyl decals and shirts and have so much of it just collecting dust and now I'm going to play with it and make some cards!! Great video
Love my cricut and always looking for ways to use it while doing card making. I need to think "out of the box". Thanks for the video. I enjoy watching them and learning new ideas.
I am grateful to you for sharing the world of vinyl with crafters that do not have the "machines" it is usually used with, me being one of them! I appreciate you so much for all that you do to make crafting enjoyable for everyone. I bought vinyl after your last video but no transfer tape, then this week, I found some at Tuesday Morning...score!!! I searched for your last video but couldn't find it. Can you link it please? If not it's okay, you're still amazing! I'm going to decorate my "keep cold things cold cup and hot things hot" with vinyl using this technique!!!
Great Ideas!! Dont know if you know this, but you can use contact paper to transfer vinyl as well. It takes a little more pressure sometimes, but it works just as well for things like this and is MUCH cheaper than actual transfer tape. You can use it multiple times also....just trying to save you some moola moola!! 😉😉 Big Hugs!!!
Thank you for this idea, I was wondering about that too. What about cling wrap, Jennifer McGuire uses it to keep things in place. That might be even more economical!
