Soft Plastic Crappie lures can come in all shapes and all kinds of colors. In Todays Video we create what i call a custom crappie lure based on a minnow. Will this be the best crappie bait? Only time will tell crappie fishing lures can be really good at times and other times other colors or even shapes will out perform them.

Hey man I don't know I would have call it Sunshine minnows or lightning minnow just because you know how the crappie buys as soon as the sun hits the water that's how crappie is going to bite that minnow And by the way I got my order show up today this jigs look awesome

Where are the molds used in this video purchased at? I like the shape of the crappie jig and the size of that mold.

Honestly dirty green is a really bright green covered in black glitter

Yeah that should do the trick. I'm not big on painted heads i get way more bites with just lead. I've had crappie bite my spilt shot

@@TurnerFishingg My buddy and I do nothing but crappie fish. We are thinking about making our own jigs and heads. From what I have seen it would probably cost us $500 or a little less to get started.

Grab you a do it injection mold just something simple they are like 40$ pint of plastic around 20$ some colors another 20 and injector so about 200 to try it out to see if you like it
