This Engie Patriarch dude might make for a pretty neat Slender Fortress boss in my opinion. Edit: now I've got the feeling that at Payton might make a Hans Volter Medic now.

Egads! Just when I thought one flesh based abomination was bad enough, another crawls out of the woodwork like a nightmarish centipede. I saw his transformation only briefly, but I assure you this is no simple accident. Where did he get that steak? It bears similar resemblance to other''s I've seen before during my time exploring PLR_HELLTOWER. Could meAT suPrisE be behind this? Or is this something entirely different? My last expedition revealed a few more things about what's going on.... It's time to pay the pyroniums a visit again...
