From working as an aircrew to being offered work as a model, Vishal's background in hotel management and love for Bollywood 🎬 has shaped his unique career path. An amazing cook 🍳 since childhood, Vishal also has a talent for pottery, though he never pursued it as a full-time career.
Vishal's story took a turn when he decided to move to Canada 🇨🇦 for higher studies. Facing the challenges of recession and the COVID-19 pandemic, he lost his job but didn't lose hope. He started a Tiffin service from his home 🍱, which eventually led to the creation of his first ghost kitchen and then he opened a restaurant in Etobicoke, which faced closure due to unforeseen circumstances.
Vishal then had to return to Delhi for his father's cancer treatment, feeling helpless and out of cash. However, he came back to Canada and launched Baazigar, a Bollywood-themed restaurant in Downtown, Toronto, gaining widespread fame and success.
