I'd really like to see you do a play through series on the game once the new update drops. I've been wanting to watch some gameplay while I'm just chilling, even though I've got a huge database of knowledge on the game already, I just love the game and your videos. I've just been rewatching your videos over and over lol.
haha that is the reason I started the channel, I was rewatching the same 5 Craftopia videos lol I was planning on a new character run with the next update!
@Saweverything: Seriously, you have the best Craftopia videos out there. I watched your Characters Builds probably 10 times each, when I was figuring out my build. Ended up with something different, because I am odd. Your voice is also perfect for information gathering. Engaging and soothing at the same time.
Thank you for the genuine help it’s amazing to see . I noticed all of the reply’s to every comment , just brilliant I don’t need a reply needed to say your a blessing and I appreciate you help
I have a few random tips If you are on console always keep spare monsters or npcs in a chest because sometimes they despawn, same goes with the saw bots In dungeons you can run to the end, stop before the portal wait a second then run back and the boss will have respawned (doesn't work with royal tombs) Building on empty islands helps reduce the fps drop and you can load into your home base faster (more directed to older consoles) All I can think of atm lol
Hi saweverything I notes that when you make any body armour 12:30 it has 1 or 2 skills attached to it that you have to unlock in the skills before the armour would take effect but that part is never mentioned in your videos lol keep up the good work
I think i saw this on a different video, but i saw your luffy doing multiple dashed mid air. is that a skill or an item effect? How? EDIT: Do you know a website that has information on the grid location of dungeons relative to map type? Just for a speed dungeon search reference.
Ok so lil tips for any 2 hander fans your most important stat is attack speed currently you can have maximum of 3 items with Legendary perk which gives 30% this includes 2 accessories that require fish fillets and it's possible to get flame sword of Sutr with Legendary perk as well after you add something like thief boss enchantment you can get your attack speed around 100-150% easily this makes you hit much faster and since 2 hander doesn't really need skills to deal dmg all you need to do is keep 2 hander buff at 8 stacks and keep hitting with the basic attack chain even without crit you can hit fairly hard but with crit I've seen hits over 150k also you can add war god magical stone to Sutr and atleast on Xbox it can proc hell enchant which deals % based dmg.
Two (rather complicated) questions about enchant chance - I tried to funnify (is that a word?) them a little: (1) Are enchantment chances affected by diminishing returns? Some recipes need a few of a very rare resource and some other quite common ones. Let's assume there's a very powerful armor called _Bear Necessity_ which takes 23 wood, 23 iron ingots, 23 hide (nice), and 10 bear hands to craft. Now you want the _Unbearable_ prefix on the latter, too, and that can only be gotten from the polar bear boss in the unique realm _Snowman's Sky_ at a chance of 25%. The other cases are evenly split among "vanilla" bear hand and none at all. After 40 raids, you'd have, depending on luck, about 10 unbearable bear hands (UBH) and another 15. Let's also assume that other bears exist in easier realms, with the same chance (62.5%) to drop bear hands, which are never enchanted. If they're far more numerous and/or easier to farm (in kills per hour), that means that the UBH will be the prime currency of crafting. Without diminishing returns, you'd probably use all 10 UBH on the first attempt. If you split them among two crafting sessions, you would keep the total # of Unbearable Bear Necessity armors, with a tiny chance to succeed twice, but equally lowered chance to succeed at all. _With_ diminishing returns, you should split UBH evenly among crafting sessions, since that would improve the total chance of at least one success. Depending on the necessary effort, you might even want to raid easier bears just to get 9 bear hands as fast as possible and try the most rarefied UBH distribution possible, one per attempt, in order to maximize your total chances. (2) IDK how those sin potions work, but they could raise the chances so high that returns hit a cut-off point, maybe 100%. To continue our example above, the chances could be 20% per UBH used, so 5 would be fine, and once you get that many, and a total of ten bear hands, you could be sure to get your Unbearable armor. Using fewer would be a gamble; you could end up failing repeatedly. However, that's again without diminishing returns. If the chances are not a flat 20% (or 0.2 unbearable armors) per UBH, but +30, +25, +20, +15, and +10% respectively, you'd still need 5 UBH to craft an unbearable armor without risk of failure. But after the first 16 raids, you'd have about 4 UBH and 6 normal bear hands, which would already result in a 90% chance, or 0.225 unbearable armors per UBH. But (there's always a _bear but,_ right?), if raiding for UBH is such a tedious chore, you might want to collect five UBHs anyway, since you don't want to risk throwing four away in a failure. Of course, having multiple Unbearable armors can be a good thing for a party where almost everybody would eventually -bear- wear one. If you're playing with your friends, you probably want to farm regular bear hands and use your UBH stocks one at a time for a whopping 0.3 unbearable armors per UBH. All of this would of course depend on the bonus the sin potions offer (one of the rare sentences where 'would of" is the correct phrase). Waiting for the maxed chance is far less attractive if it's less than 100%, even if diminishing returns are absent. For example, if there's a hard cap at 50%, one would be more tempted to craft one UBH at a time, as success is never certain, and an early unbearable armor can help with the following raids significantly, e.g. to craft more armors for party members. Now, while the example is fictitious, for sake of simple numbers, there are some dragon scale recipes where similar considerations may be useful. Economy of scale? ;) So, the two main questions are: (1) Is the chance of an enchantment proportional to its presence in input materials, or are their diminishing returns or even hard caps? (2) If a sin potion increases the chances, does it simply cap at 100% or at a lower chance?
Oof, alright answer to 1 - much higher odds with 10 UBH for 1 attempt than 1 UBH for 10 attempts. 2 - can’t stack sin potion effects, the legendary potion is 10x drop rate of items and enchant on items. It does not affect crafting at all. I hope that answers you questions, thank you for taking the time!
1. It's both the rarity and amount of items. To get an even split on a glider you'll need 5 fire demon log 3 fire deceased log 1 scorching stone 5 scorching hellstone 2. It's a set chance and they don't stack
OK thanks Saweverything and TigerishCave, those were quick replies! (1) So the returns are _increasing_ ? In that case, the best mix is easy; one should use the # of items needed to get 100%, or only use the best kind if that's not possible, unless you want a chance of _two_ enchantments from bear hands (and IDK if that's possible either; at any rate, the max # of enchantments is 4). (2) It seems I got the potion effect wrong (I thought it would affect the chance to "inherit" an enchantment when crafting, but it only helps with the # and quality of the ingredients). That reduces question 2 to a minor detail: When is the potion effect checked? When the enemy HP goes below zero and the "dying" animation starts, or when the enemy pops and the loot spawns? These two are almost a second apart; that could be significant with a potion as expensive as Sin.
@Achtsekundenfurz 1. they aren't exactly increasing per say. The more of an item you have the higher the chance, and the more times it shows up the higher the chance, but it's a fixed limit based on enchant and rarity. In most cases when crafting you won't get 100%, instead ittl be around 40-60%. There's very few cases that it's 100%, like with Griffin on wings. 2. The potion last about 30 seconds? I don't remember the exact time, but if you aren't ohko bossing, it should be plenty of time aslong as you get it close to dead. Its activated when the boss DROPS the items, so try to plan for that.
This is way late, but... 7:08 Naa-guh-raa-juh Not trying to be mean just noticed you were struggling. XD Ty so much for the gearing guide, was getting stuck on progression with weapons.
I’m having trouble with storage space and organization I just started playing on Xbox recently as its free on the game pass and I hit level 30 but haven’t really achieved much and all my stuff is setup on the beach of the beginner Island and I’m always running out of space in my inventory and hate having to store stuff in like 30 different chests because there’s so many different versions of the same item
Hey been getting in craftopia recently, and I enjoy the content. Thank you for the explanation on the refining! I also wanted to know what did you have on the one handed sword skill build, was that all in stamina and health?
I have a couple questions. 1. How to you get high lvl monos? Idk about PC but on console you go only go to lvl 7 islands. 2. How do you get a "strong" titled mob to spawn? Is it random? 3. Can you catch a Griffin? It says "can't catch this" instead of "need 4 chain restraints"? 4. How do you air run like Sanji from one piece!!?
Monos scale up on the islands if you never found this out, a level 7 islands has enemies around level 100, you couldn't catch a griffin but as of the most recent update you now can at least on pc, not sure when this update came out exactly though.
Yo if you wanna level up your pet you can use your dragon to bite anubis and just let anubis go into water so you dont need cannon cause you level up your pet and character at the same time
Love the vids, any possible way of making a vid for end end game players, I’m at 38k W no buffs tryna get higher and a vid knowing best enchant combos and where to find them would be amazing!
What about the guns? I'm gitting fairly well, I noticed that with the ammo enchantments hit pretty good I have some dangerous hard fox rifle rounds that do some serious damage
Quick question, not sure if your still commenting but how do you refine the executioner axe? I've tried with the high grade and mid grade stone, but it doesn't work? What stone do you have to use?
We need an update to staves and scythes seeing as currently Shields no longer work with staves. I need to know how to gather The Galbantein staves.... And how they fair against the Legendary Scythes because they aren't upgradable. The staves are, so they are potentially more DPS if Kai+99. Also, Im so confused as to how slates of evolution work, I havent had 4 to test it, But what does "Improve enchantments" do, exactly... God I have so many questions for you... Imma try and join your discord.
I can't seem to one shot anything no matter what. You said a few times "if your having difficulty one shotting" but than didn't really say how to remedy that. Is it strictly refinement?
Has anyone heard about dragon scales not dropping on low level maps? I have the variable island lvl 1 and I’ve killed the crimson dragon so many times but no scales. I’m on Xbox btw :)
Hey i got a question regarding saggitarius bow. Since it can be crafted woth saggitarius bow and magical stone can you build the bow you want by using multiple saggitarius bows? Just keep remaking and transferring desired stats right?
@@Saweverything can you look into it? I don't know where to get the bows. Since launch on console ive found 2 and i play a lot daily. If this is true tho and we can craft the bow like this, would this make the bow tye strongest in game?
What i need you to do is do a vid about the different types of bosses like i keep getting bouncer gunner and never a bounty hunter gunner and always get a scarlet eyes executioner and not red eyes
Could anyone answer a question or two about enchants? I’m at end game, and I’m finally looking into getting a 4 stack gear set. In my prep to make a perfect set of griffon wings I was curious as to if I should worry about enchants on the lesser feathered variant, or just wait until the upgrade to attempt a perfect 4 stack. I was also curious as to if there is a way to increase odds of obtaining a crafted item with 4 enchants. It really feels like pull of a straw with the enchants, and was hoping there was something to help that out. Thank you in advance to anyone who happens to respond!
It isn't possible to craft sauteed vegetables yet right? I've bought them from the merchant to make the horse mask, but now I have wise ruler and crimson cabbages to make a better one.
Could you make a video on some op builds? I’m sorta new and I’m not sure on overall builds in the game. I’d appreciate a few pointers and some full builds builds for end game.
@@Saweverything alright, thank you! I’ll be looking forward to it, all of your videos have been a great help. Personally just really struggling on bosses right now. I can kill anything up to lvl 75 or so. But anything after that is hopeless, a lvl 80-120 can practically stand there and I do nothing to them.
i've been trying to get enchants for stuff but not getting good results so far, currently lvl 47, using a lvl 78 Killer Bow and my damage is bad. Also how did you get the high lvl Anubis?
Did they take out red herbs? I've looked high and low and I can find yellow and bright red but no red. It prevents me from crafting the potion station so I cant progress into the hell zone
So I have a question is magic the weakest of bow, 2h sword and shield, and dual wield against bosses because I have 14625 mattack and with buff 30k and I feel should be deleting bosses. It's like some bosses I will instant delete lizard king mono sometimes the griffin which I 2 shot a level 120 griffin once. But other bosses reaper fernir dragons I'm having a at most a 3min-4min battle. I seen ur bow and dual wield and im like that what I want to be doing as damage not sometimes I hit 26k per lighting bolt or sometimes my frostmine hit 20k most the time I hit between 1-5k. I been playing on xbox for like maybe 2 week putting crazy game into the game and I feel like I should just switch to a bow or dual wield attack build. Rn my gear is 2 ardor bracelets enchantment underworld teal ruler of indigo hidden in darkness , talisman hidden in darkness the protector of gold fire spirit the never ending sky, fox mask trying to get 4 enchantment for head body and wings but mask is fire spirit teal ruler of indigo , body underworld teal ruler of indigo , wing the never ending sky fire spirt the protector of the gold and weapons are 2 Kai 99 wirbelwing lV protector never ending griffin.
When you vs world 6 and up your even op weapon will feel super weak or your magic won't chunk em hard. Mostly trial and error . I was using good ingots for base building then was like wait my forge ain't doing 20+ dmg lol
4:06 When you said, "you can carry your enchants over to a better sword," did you mean that you can carry Refinement Level over or can you stack enchantments? If so, how many enchantments can you stack on a single piece of gear?
@@Saweverything Thanks bro. I've been attempting to craft a perfect magic accessory for days now. I'm on try 900 now... That should not be a thing. We should be able to quad enchant with enchantment points, even if its like 50K. The accessory is a Amulet of Immunity Lv2. I'm using 4 Lovable|Wise Ruler eggs, 3 The Great eggs, and 3 Prince Mono eggs. Everything else is washed clean. It's so hard to get all 4 enchants.
@@Saweverything Update! I was able to craft the perfect offensive magic accessory with the help of a friend. It took a combined total of ~2500 crafting attempts before we got the perfect one... Wise Ruler, Lovable, The Great, Prince Mono's Amulet of Immunity Lv2 [MATK +20%] [Max Mana +15%] [MATK +10%] [Max Mana +14%] [MATK +15%] [Max Mana +10%] [DEF -5] [MATK +10%] [Magical Critical Damage and Chance +10%] !!!
Just started playing craftopia, i've tried so many times doing xp farms but my anubis keep dying, i've tried healing with 6 monos lvl100 and lvl40 anubis but still they die.. :/ any help?
Hey I looked for videos to see what happens but it doesn't seem like anyone's actualy tryed, what happens if you choose to destroy the island of begining, does it stay as island of beginning or does it change to one of the other islands?
There is something wrong with my craftopia I play on Xbox when I try to load in it says checking Xbox live which I have after a bit it kicks me out of the game I keep trying but nothing works can yall tell me why I can't play or load in
kill normal anubis at least once, if not try another Hell island, log out and in, or use a friends world to get a revive scroll then go back to your island
