not the original battery, and I think the cables will fit either post position. I want to say the current battery is a an U1R. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@1rustytree Awesome, thanks! I picked up a U1R after seeing the Sears video saying all Craftsman use the U1R battery. Hopefully this comment helps someone else down the line. I just installed my U1R battery also with zero issues. Thanks for the help.
I got the parts from Amazon amzn.to/3uH1IuK They only give you 1 plug , rest of the stuff was OK.I had this since it was new and have the manual for it. Let me dig around I know I have a PDF of it somewhere on the computer. Mine is an 18HP Hydrostatic and the parts fit.
@@yurdreamwoman I don't have the PDF, I still have manual, but this is a good spot to start ,Sears is pretty good about the parts manuals online. c.searspartsdirect.com/mmh/lis_pdf/OWNM/L9120313.pdf
Never did have one or need one where I have this mower, but I looked for one for my home mower (Bolens) and it was more than the mower was worth! Thanks for watching !
Your adjusting your valves wrong. You need to be on the downside of the exhaust stroke. That way both valves are seated fully, because they are on middle of the back side of the cam lobe at the loosest spot. Anyway else and you might be too tight or too loose a hair.
