is that these trucks fuel cell in front of a the grill? ...seems like it would go through more fuel than that.....

On some of them. Most fuel cells are in the rear. The front weight boxes usually house weights, water if intercooler, and batteries.

so sounds like they are running clutches n slow rolling off the clutch ..they take off in like 3rd gear in the big blocks..2nd gear in the smalls?....hows this work?...

This REminds me of bk in the 90's... I havent been to a Truck/Tractor pull in yRs.......! Not maNy aRound heRe now.......! We'd Have Trucks come from aLL oveR the States...! Orange Blossom Special frm Kentucky, was oNe i LikeD Alot... He had Truck's & a Train-Tank... And Dennis Anderson wth Grave Digger was here B4 Too.... And Big Foot... Haa -N.B Canada HeRe.....

39:20 lol funny you say that then that chevy shits out. that's what you get with the tiny little 1/4-20 bolts holding the u-joint caps on whereas ford has 5/16

I said that and I stand by it the Chevy Small Block engine is one of the best engines ever made and you can cube it to 440ci in this class. But that was a drive shaft failure. But oh well. Hey, I’m glad you found this older video. Do you prefer long videos or short videos?

@@WWPTV im sure you do stand by it i wouldnt expect any less i simply prefer a windsor for small blocks and a FE for big blocks. i like long videos as long as they are interesting. this one i watched through to the end. cant say how I came across it though. must have had auto play on and it came up after a Taryl Fixes All video. there's your dinner.

Chevy can't beat a Ford 434ci small block for power. Everybody goes Chevy because they are cheaper than Fords, you get what you pay for.

I brought that pickup in March 30,1998 and it still runs!!!! On the bug sheid it says, Jean's Heavy Chevy. 350 4-barrel.

Yep. Pulling. This was a well sponsored class as well. Most of these trucks win pulls, they get $400. Will give your 15% of whatever sponsorship you bring in! Most pulls would do that.

I don't know. You would think they all would. One puller told me he gets a little claustrophobic when in the seat.

@@WWPTV Kinda strange. I've seen a few drivers get pretty scrambled, and remember seeing one 2wd driver bounce around bad enough to launch his helmet. Luckily he was ok.
