Hi Becky! I think that it is wonderful to have friends and family come over and, like your friend, once in a while when my sons come over they bring a rotisserie chicken from Costco. That is what inspired this recipe 🙂 and I will be using it with leftover turkey since Monday was our Thanksgiving. I hope that you're doing well!
