Sanding can be very therapeutic, you can just let your mind sort of wonder away, but keeping enough thought process to assess what your doing and how the it feels under hand.

The very worst part of any big panel repair is NOT the paint prep but drilling out the spot welds in high or any strenght steel , ask any panel beater how his shoulder feels 2-3 days later

I think you should say the repair is as per Factory standards, rather how would you know it's been repaired. The key thing with your channel is the cars are repaired to a level that is exemplary.
