A new kind of run with nutty skips, routing and... double Cortex??
Version: PAL
Console: Xbox 360
This was the first Twinsanity world record set on 360.
I chose that console to give this run a showcase of high visual quality.
Timing starts when pressing continue on the "continue without saving" screen and ends on the final blow to the final boss.
Splits:
Hub 1 Boat - 2:17
Hug Cutscene - 11:16
AA Entrance - 16:30
End - 26:11

Q: Why do you activate the farmer cutscene?
A: To get Cortex early so that in Ice Climb I spawn with him.

You know what I love about this game ? It feels like a fan with lots of love for Crash Bandicoot made it. Because besides Crash Bash, this is the most entertaining Crash Title post-Naughty dog world.

This game basically just throws the glitches right at you. It’s so easy to break the game it’s incredible - body slam on a bunch of random level geo and you will almost certainly end up phasing through some walls and ceilings. Clamber over a bunch of rocks and trees and you’ll end up on the other side of a invisible wall. If you think you can break the game in a certain way you almost certainly can, the game offers basically no resistance as soon as you walk off the intended path.

Actually the world record right now is 14:44 lol BetaM held the world record for like 3 days then the previous holder got 19:03 and now 14:44 He skips the ice lab entirely. He goes straight into the 10th dimension, no ice caves, no penguins. Then he skips twinsanity island and bandicoot chase and goes straight to ant agony lmao Hes insane.

The nut is placed directly on the seem where it loads the next chunk, so when it forces crash off, the game thinks he's in the next chunk and shoots him to where it thinks he should be.

Crash Twinsanity is a Masterpiece to me despite the game being heavily rushed and having lots of bugs and glitches 😊 The Game is Very Fun and The Music is Beautiful and Amazing 🎵 Crash Twinsanity is a Very Special Treasure that I will always cherish forever in my Heart ❤️ My Life will be complete if we get a Crash Twinsanity Remake with all the cut levels added in so it would be fully finished like it was suppose to be if it wasn’t heavily rushed. If it happens, Crash Twinsanity will be an even bigger Masterpiece than ever before and I can die happy 😊❤️💎

@@allthehitsera4110 Seems to be the case, because the game has an inconsistent framerate during the beginning of this cutscene, which happens every time it loads a new area in the background in this video. I still wonder why games usually always became choppy like this when they loaded new areas into memory. It couldn't process both the gameplay and the loading?

jungledyret100 The coders aren’t the ones that make that decision 🤷‍♂️ This game’s development was a huge mess, it was basically rebooted one or two times halfway through going from a super-ambitious Ratchet and Clank style dimension trotting adventure to what exists now, and has more cut content then actually exists in the final game. I believe it also led to the studio developing it (Travellers Tales Oxford) to close up shop after disappointing sales.

yes, there is even a wumpa fruit at the top of the 10th dimension lab that takes you back to hub 2 (which only starts working after you enter Ant Agony iirc)
