It turns out that the skin system in CTTR is quite... flexible. DIY: Open up COMMON.RCF and look for "BeginObject Skin CrashDefault". Modify the string within "SetOnfootSkinFilename" and the other two (Driving and Spin) if you want to.
Excellent job, Beta M. Glad people are beginning to edit Crash and Spyro games. I'd love to see more Crash and Spyro texture hacks. But this is an awesome start.
There's an idle animation for crash's dance in this game? I thought he just kicks chickens and makes fart noises with his armpits... I don't know if it's just the Xbox version or not, but In my copy of CTTR, it just doesn't happen.

you know I noticed quite a while back that Pasadena does not walk ones throughout the normal game 😄😄😄😄 not even in cutscenes but she does take a little step back when crash spits Von clutches black power gem back into his chest 😁😁😁😁 and I don’t think crunch does either 😄😄😄
