Clinique did that last year when it released a ton of lipsticks developed in conjunction with Crayola. It was a limited edition, and super cute. It would be nice if it came back again at some point.

I think that’s a good idea although I wish crayola would’ve rethought the whole “adult makeup brand” aspect because in a whole, crayola is a kids brand and it would’ve made sense to sell to a younger age group instead of trying to put out “adult makeup” with trash quality

one of my biggest makeup pet peeves is ‘matte’ eyeshadow with a little shimmer in it that you cannot put in your crease, but it’s not enough shimmer for the lid. lord

- warie! YES omg. There’s an eyeshadow I have that’s like the perfect transition color but it has random glitters in it so it’s obviously not good as a transition shade. Basically useless ugh

They sometimes will put shimmer in there so that the shade can be more creamy because they add more oils to it! But some palettes (new Jaclyn hill palette has a black that has shimmer and it looks to be a very creamy matte yet the shimmer doesn't stay).

Really? I always thought RoseArt had a better quality. My Crayola crayons always gave me patchy and waxy finishes while my RoseArt crayons gave me a smoother experience with my coloring. But I dunno, that was a gajillion years ago. Maybe I should revisit these items.

it may disappoint you less. I think it has something to do with consistency and body temperature.Maybe it would have helped Crayola to have brought this out during the fall.

i dont think it's quite a good idea... The coca cola makeup is a collection from a korean brand, and not even the k-beauty vloggers that i personally follow liked that collection, i can only imagine what tati would feel about it

I think the main difference with your channel (and why I love it so much) is that you're not trying for the "dramatic" reactions. So many of the other folks go so over the top with their reactions to products, and make them seem like the worst things EVER, etc. You DO give things an honest review and a chance, and you don't act a fool when you talk about them. I appreciate that. :-)

so... to be fair... the crayola black crayon is exactly the same shade as the crayola black shadow stick. In fact, I think all the shadow sticks are pretty close to the actual crayon colors - not how they look, but how they color. So.. if that's what they were going for, I think they got it. I just don't think that's a great look for shadow sticks. :/

Your finished look reminded me of my middle school makeup in the 80’s...all frost eyeshadows with a bright blue eyeliner and a frosty lip. And when you said “Rest in peace, Claire’s” I actually spit rice (watching while eating dinner) on my iPad screen from laughing so hard. Note to self: consume no food or beverage while watching Tati’s videos!

There’s an Ad on tv in Australia at the moment where a mum is at the bus stop and she pulls out her lipstick but it’s actually a crayon and her son is at kinder scribbling everywhere using her lipstick (they accidentally mixed them up) and it really makes me think of that ad watching you apply that Crayola lippy 😂😂

John Maclean did one review and he liked the brand, he is very talented RU-vidr and pretty honest with his reviews tbh i think lately everyone is aiming for ultra pigmentation, and i do prefer less of intense eyeshadow, so i dont dislike this collection at all.... maybe it s just me.

Tati, Jen Luvs Reviews actually took a good look at the ingredients and all of the pencils are the exact same formula. That's why the eye pencils feel so greasy. I'm sorry but for Crayolas first Venture into makeup I think this is a complete flop. At least you made your eyes look pretty... :-)

Marlena k8: actually it's not CRAYOLA's first foray into makeup. They released a line of kids makeup back in the late 80's...so I think it was only time until they dealt with adults.

Barbara McDonald I'm not so sure this looks like adult makeup though. Kind of like what she said in the video it looks like something you would find at Claire's. If they want to cater to grown-ups they're going to have to really work on this

I forgot that some Americans pronounce crayon as cran and I was confused for like 30 seconds 😂 (I’m British and we pronounce it like cray-on)

Lol I'm from Oklahoma here in America and I've always pronounced it like "crown" which a lot of people here say it that way but a lot also say either "cran" or "cray-on" lol.

I totally get that, I can just imagine how crazy it would be! - however it’s a shame that there’s no care factor if the product gets damaged especially if the customer has spent a lot of money on it 😰 I’ve never bought from amazon in Aus so can’t really comment on the packaging haha.

Hi Tati! I think a series of you creating looks/reviewing using the top products of a certain year would be really fun. You could do 2000, 2005, 2010... and just reminisce about what everyone was loving during those years!
