important note for Toy Captain Tarim: He also sets the minions health to his! so at base he turns a minion into a 3/7, not a 3/3

Nesting golem with the card that speads deathrattles, death growl, could be interesting. You could give your reska "deathrattle, resummon this", or even your primus if it sticks a turn.

The Spinel Spellstone is around the neck of a faceless marionette. Which connects to the Amateur Puppeteer. So it seems like Death Knight is going to have a handbuff mechanic package, and a flavor of puppets. Which is fun.

pylon + Ticking module for a free 3/5 that buffs all of your tokens. It counts ALL minion as a in its cost reduction, so something like showdown would make it cost 6 less (and you could trade your now 4/4 showndown guys into your opponents ones), or put it in a different token deck. You can put Virus + Power module to have a 5 mana 2/5 minion that doubles attack at the start of your turn, so after a few turns it builds up lethal or you can buff it to make it lethal faster. Haywire + Power Module is a 4 mana 5/7 that doubles attack at the start of your turn, so if it survives a turn it becomes a 10/7 and you can deal 10 damage to your opponent turn 4 or 5.

I will say I'm probably gonna run Zilliax as perfect + haywire a lot just because the stats will be nice and lifesteal mitigates the face shots.

Chia drake gives Azure drake vibes -- but more flexible because you can get the draw out earlier and use the spell damage when you want it. Pretty slick design

Zilliax Deluxe seems so fun! Boom seems great for combos. I love all the miniatures for their card advantage of 2 cards for 1 as well as the ability to just play them a turn later to play both at once.

I can't wait to hear Nesting Golem's when activating the deathrattle

Power and Haywire module are great together. You get a 5/7 for 4 mana that becomes a 10/7 at the start of your next turn! If you coin this on turn 3 there is a great chance that it will survive for the 10 dmg to the enemy face.

Colifero… can’t wait to see Dane get ahold of this guy in wild. I have a feeling he’s going to make a ridiculous combo for him

The thing with Chia Drake is that it is somewhat of a 4 mana 2/4 draw 2 (one of which is a 1 mana draw 1!) as well as providing Dragon synergies. It really is an interesting and imo really strong card.

You know you want to play Colifero with Charged Devilsaurs and King Krush :D I put them in a Questline Hunter deck as my surprise top-end for the fun of it; I have something early on to do with the Questline stuff, and if I don't draw Colifero the deck can still function. Sneaky Snakes + Toxic Reinforcements for the quick Colifero board, and I just swapped in Dragonbane for when the Questline is active (still a good hit for the Artist, I think). I dub thee "The Bob Ross Combo"

The druid toy does fill in the mana slot for widowbloom which is rotating, so that's something to consider.

if you have the perfect and heywire modules together its 7 mana 7/6 because the life steal would heal you for the damage it did, could be a nice combo if youre looking for a health swing on a decent sized target

Isnt virus module + power module hard to remove (6 health + stealth + reborn) that deals 32 after 4 turns ?

The "Perfect Module" and "Haywire Module" is the kinda contradiction I can get behind.

8 mana Zilliax (5+3) feels like a board clear & full heal for eight. Eight mana 4/5 with divine shield, taunt, lifesteal, rush, stealth, elusive, poisonous, and reborn?? Insane combo. Such a cool card

4:49 7 mana 7/6 taunt rush lifesteal diveshield sounds nice (you deal to your self 3 dmg but you heal it)

If you pick Recursive-Virus Zilliax, does it shuffle in twice? That sounds really fun if so.

Ticking Module + Twin Module seems silly in evolve shaman. get 2 8-cost minions for potentially free

Curious if Power Module (double atk at start of turn) & Recursive Module (shuffle this into your deck) synergies with each other as in the stats stay similar to the 1/3 legendary minion in Paladin that retains its stats.

ticking + power module is gonna be the new corridor creeper for aggro gets cheap fast and has 6 health and attack scales over time

I haven’t played Hearthstone regularly in several years. This expansion seems to have peaked my curiosity though. I plan to return to the game and even get the Mega Bundle.

If you use a Forged Embrace of Nature on the first Chia Drake, does the mini version also get that bonus automatically?

I don't know if the control decks of this expansion will be capable of carring the game until 10 mana, but if they do, the new Zilliax with Perfect and Twin module can be a win condition by it's own, especially with this new Doctor Boom or Shadowstep.

Perfect Module + Haywire Module looks pretty solid for 7 mana you get a 7/5 Zilliax and the Lifesteal will offset the self-damage, although I think the most popular variant will probably be Perfect + Recursive for infinite Zilliax value.

Did Rattlegore get nerfed to always go back to its base stats? Because I remember clearly have to deal with a 12/12 Rattlegore that resummoned an 11/11 Rattlegore which cost me a 10 game run in Duels

What about a control deck with Power + Recursive? Super cheap to include in a turn. And, if I'm reading it correctly, the shuffled version should keep all the previous doublings. It's a slow burn, but eventually you'll have this massive 3 cost X/4 that has to be answered every turn or just win.

for zilliax 3000 , if you pick perfect and virus module then you have an 8 mana 4/5 with divine shield, taunt, rush, lifesteal that cant be targeted by enemy spells, kills anything it damages and comes back to life when your opponent does manage to kill it. plus if you dont wanna attack with it , you can keep it in stealth and its practically unkillable :P

Tigress Plushi seems insane, also while maybe not insane, Nesting golem absolutly powercrept like 5 cards

28:18 Corridor Creeper was actually a 2/5 eventually, and even then it was one of the most popular cards, so stats wise this is just better. So, I'm predicting that this card is going to be actually really good, Well, maybe not in slow decks, but in aggro decks certainly.

so with boom...if i have only 2 5 drop mechs in pool and brann active; the first bc triggers, they both trade with enemy minions and die, then 2nd boom bc can res them again. If 1 goes face and the other goes face, the second bc will bring back just 1 mech? ie- when somethign gets res'ed it gets pulled out of the pool to res? What if one of them is zilliax with the deathrattle to shuffle back into deck, that will not go into the pool at all? So many actually relevant questions.

is Miniaturize considered a battlecry or does it proc when a minion is summoned?

I feel like some deck has to be able to exploit Twin Module + Recursive Module. For 5 mana you get 2x 4/4s on board and each one that dies reshuffles itself and can then be drawn, played, and summon another twin ...

Power + Haywire seems great for aggressive mech decks

oooh power virus module combination. sit this thing down on turn 5, then by turn 9 you have a 32 atk minion that the enemy really couldnt interact with

Virus Module + Recursive Module, is a 4 mana 2/4 stealth, elusive, poisonous, reborn that makes infinite copies of itself, and adds extra copies from reborn an extremely hard to remove constant removal tool sounds fun, and really dangerous for mech decks because its always a source to magnetic onto especially for non rouge decks that don't get access to a good stealth mech sounds fun but probably not super viable

Perfect + Haywire is a 7 mana 7/6 divine shield taunt lifesteal rush with no downside because the lifesteal will heal you the damage it dealt to your hero.

Perfect+Haywire is just a 7/6 for 7 with no downsides, however the Recursive+Twin modules look like the best imo for fatigue matchups.

as far as sun keeper tarim goes, they probably didn’t want him to effect the whole board because prismatic beam is in the game and i think another board wipe like that for paladin would be a little volatile

Wind Musician would be sooo good as an endless Forge card that gains 2 dmg for the AOE.

Chia drake with swipe costing 3 is 10/10

Twin + Haywire would start a nice game of Chicken for your opponent. Virus + Power for a Stealth 5 turn clock. Would Haywire's downside get negated by Perfect's Lifesteal?

I already like this set so much more than Badlands.

You could have the recursive zilliax and draw it w colifero and get a bunch of zilliaxs

Zilliax with power and virus module in Paladin. Turn 4: Deputization Aura Turn 5: Zilliax at left most position. Turn 6: For Quel'Thalas + Abusive Sergeant + Shroomscavate + ??? = Profit! Ok so depending on how doubling works. If the doubling effect takes into account the buff Deputization Aura gives then it has 5 (2 base + 3 from Deputization Aura) and gets doubled to 10 and with Deputization Aura added again get to 13 plus For Quel'Thalas + Abusive Sergeant = 18 and Shroomscavate to gain Windfury for an 36 dmg OTK. If it does not take Deputization Aura into account then it's 4 (base doubled) + 3 (Deputization Aura) + 5 (For Quel'Thalas + Abusive Sergeant) + windfuty (Shroomscavate) = 24 dmg. Or if you're greedy. Turn 6: Deputization Aura Turn 7: Zilliax at left most position + Crazed Alchemist = making Zilliax a 6/2 (but now it's at risk of being killed off by a random board clear even when stealthed). Turn 8: You'll either have a 22/2 or a 15/2. Shroomscavate for Windfury. Or if they couldn't full clear and you're left with a 2/1 as per above calculations it should be 7 (4 double base + 3 from Deputization Aura). And with Shroomscavate you still have 5 mana to buff it. The best you can do is For Quel'Thalas! x 2 + Abusive Sergeant for a +8 attack. So 4 + 3 + 8 = 15 x2 = 30. I think this is a gimick play. How good this will be depends on how well your opponent can handle a 2/6 stealth reborn minion on turn 5.

Virus and Power combo can just be a win condition. 6 health Reborn eventually one-shot the opponent.

Colifero could be an otk in wild with guff ragnaros and stuff like onyxias scale. But Druid got so many otks already, that this is probably on the weaker side

Unfortunately Wind-Up Musician seems like a turn never assist card that also feels pretty medium to draw any time before late game. Having to spend 1 to keep putting it back and then hoping to draw it when it's necessary is not good.

Ok, hear me out. Druid treant deck with only 2 minions... One Califero, and One Zilliax Deluxe with the Recursive and Twin modules. This will turn all of your treants into Zilliax, that shuffle back into your deck and always summon doubles. I think this could work.

My opinion on cards: Zilliax deluxe is 5 star card because you can optimize it to fit into your deck, it could be played in almost any deck. Colifero is a 1 star. Its too inconsistent. Inventor boom is a 3 star, it looks a bit slow and situational. Against fast decks it will struggle if you don't cheat out some specific 5 cost or higher cards but its strong when it works. Fireworker is a 3 star I agree. Toy Captain Tarim is a 5 star card. It is an insane value card for paladin, probably will be played in all decks. Tigress is probably a 5 star card, its basically 3 mana Zilliax with a mini bonus. Chia Drake is 3 stars. Amateur Puppeteer is a 1 star card probably. Lesser spinel spellstone is 2 stars. Incredible value is 2 stars, its not a great value unless its on turn 3. Nesting golem is probably 4 star, can be played in paladin because its sticky. Wind up musician is 2 star. Corridor sleeper is 1 star, it counts enemy minions as well but still, it needs rush or taunt to see play.
