NOt sure, but judging by the size of the pieces, I think what you ate was chicken gizzard, not kidneys. Chicken kidneys are very small, usually the size of a blueberry.

When i was growing up in the Philippines, i frequently see on TV/ movies about food/ chicken/ vegetables in America are always large sized compared to the ones we had at home. Now that i am in the US, i realize, many (but not all) of the bigger sized onions, chicken, garlic, vegetables in the US are not as tasty or savory as the ones back in the Philippines. And i am missing the smaller sized food and spices in the Philippines. Anyway, keep doing what you are doing, i like how you eat the food and really trying to know what you are eating. I understand from previous videos that you are a chef so that explains it. And oh, congratulations on 50k subs. Onward to 100k.

It is easier to wash your hands than to decompose the single use plastic gloves and utensils. All of those will eventually end up to the ocean that you and the kids previously cleaned up. 😞😞😞
Making it happen Vlog you can always ask the stall owners. They are pretty accomodating. 😊😊😊 It is hard to pracrice and I know it's inconvenient to bring it around but it's cool to have your own mesh kits too. Metal straws, tumbler and utensils. Only if you want to though. No pressure.

@Mike...The same owner/operator of Sugbo Mercado has put up another branch which is open daily between 5PM and 1AM near Parkmall in Mandaue City. The name is simply called The Market but it is bigger than Sugbo Mercado. The concept is still the same which is an incubator for start-ups. There are only two of this food market concepts in the Philippines. The one is in Taguig called Mercato Centrale in BGC. So the foods offered here are either new concept or innovation of existing food concepts.
