Noob Toast thinks his viewers are some tryhards who would pick arcane intellect to win a hearthstone game and lose at life. Obviously every sane person picks scroll everytime.

20:30 Toast: Uh, yeah, I like [Acolyte of Pain here]. Will I overdraw . . . ? Yes, if he draws all of it, but there's no one card that . . . Scarra: He'd have to double Defile, so you can do that. That's crazy; that's his whole turn. But he only needed one Defile. Defile would kill three Voidwalkers and Mountain Giant, so it would proc for a second time. Then, AEnima could trade a 1/1 Voidwalker with the Acolyte of Pain, drawing a third card and thus overdrawing Toast by one at the beginning of his turn. It's not a great play, and likely not even correct, but it would still burn one of Toast's card using only Defile.
Hey toast have tried playing murloc shaman without any murlocs There are cards like: Primalfin totem Call in the finishers Sated Threshadon To get the job done and just mix it with evolve or some other deck or perhaps a new deck.
Simulacrum would have done it too, since it costs 3, The leyline manipulator in your hand costs 4 and when you play the original one the cost of the copy is reduced down to 2.
