The crazy Bastard is back to harass people on Capitol Street once again. He has been arrested several times and goes away for a couple weeks, but then returns to start all over again.

What she and her liberal buddies have done to the City I once worked for is disgusting. I not only moved out of Charleston but rarely ever go back there I less I have to or I'm passing through to get someone decent. I refuse to spend a penny there. I only hope that someone will step up and send her packing next time and get my city back on track to where it was.
