LOL, loved the measuring cup part! I feel your pain, you use the wife's measuring cup just once, and that will be the first time she "wonders" through the garage and catches you in the act! Great stuff man, keep the videos coming!

Don't grease the front axles if there are bearings. You don't want the inner race turning on the axle

I like the tailgating cooler best! I like that the power is protected within the cooler, less of a chance for someone to burn them selves on the exhaust.

I got one of these used for $40 with a blown engine. I fixed the engine after taking it all apart and the thing is really fun to use. The only things I dislike is how the fenders break so easily and how expensive the cooler and it’s parts are.

looks like you have the throttle cable in the carby cable catch the wrong way around the cable should be half way hidden inside the round throttle link with the slot in it

For sure that's exactly right. I have 1 and there is a recess on 1 side to allow that ball end to lock in. That would explain all the extra adjustment he needed in the throttle cable to shorten it...

It's a ho-chi-mihn special version of the Honda 4 cycle OHV 2 horse motor. I'm not 100% sure of the brand name, but it's been very reliable.

I had put this thing on a want list a few years ago. I recently revisited that list and due to a very specific need (field vehicle for our FPV race course) I went in search of this thing. My links were all bad that were saved, and it seems that the rights have been bought out or the owners have changed hands. I finally stumbled across your video and now I am hoping to be able to pop on this in the next month or 2. I hope that discount code is still good when I do. Curious- some of the old videos I remember seemed to show it much faster- this wheelie shot on your test run with the Stig twice removed seemed kind of slow ;) What will it really do? How many miles/hours are you getting on a tank, and since I lurked the post below, what are you painting it with?

harbor freight has a reputation for being the cheap not so good quailty tool store. thats not exactly the case with the predator engines. iv had mine for years know and if has lasted me for ages harbor freight does have some high quailty parts and that engine is well worth it. go check out cars and cameras they will know more about it than me. the best way i can describe the engine is it is a cheap honda knock off that last just as long and makes the same amount of power. they also have a 700 dollar 670cc engine that will cause you to do wheelies and can beat a corvette off the line in terms of acceration. and it max's out at 50mph. and of course its harbor frieght so they have deals on this engine so you can get it for far less than that. but if you want the most bang for your buck go spend the extra 20 bucks on the 212cc engine. makes about 6.5hp.

+alex brewer Thanks for the info. 212cc would be nice but I was doing some measures and it looks like quite a bit of work to make it fit the frame of the cooler. The 79cc would bolt right in I believe.
