AA has the worst on time record and poorest customer service ratings of all major airlines. Ticket agent. This the front ticket counter outside security. Gate agents work the boarding gates. It most likely would be a violation of law if it was the gate.
@@jondavidson1542 gate agents do both, they rotate. You are either a gate agent or you work loading the luggage on the plane at that's called ramp. There's separate training for all of it. He's a gate agent. Ticket agent title doesn't exist. They are the same people, they just rotate throughout the day. But yes that's at the counter before you go thru security. But I don't see why it would be a violation of law if it was the security gate. They still can't tell you not to record

I like the way he handled the situation. Telling them they have every right to film, but also telling all parties involved that they should stop verbally antagonizing each other. (Which was clearly a recommendation, not an order). Class-A professional officer who knows his law.

I’m flying American Airlines this week . After watching this, I’m really not happy about it. This representative should be fired. And that job you have to know how to keep your cool and interact with the public. Even when they’re upset this guy saying shut your mouth making $100 bet that he doesn’t acknowledge and won’t pay saying things like kiss my ass talking negatively about spirit airlines is out of control, and should be fired immediately.
