This was pretty cool. It was like when I was counting that I could hear the number 7 about half as 'loud' as other numbers in my mind sometimes, but sometimes not at all. Interestingly, counting with you though seemed to cement the lack of the number in my mind. Also, it figures that the first time I'd comment would be in response to a post-hypnotic suggestion. I enjoyed this.

SEVEN!!! this was fun. my mind tried hard to fit seven in there but as you counted while i was up, 6 8 became natural ^^: practicing bc i heard that hypnosis is a skill and i want to be a better subject ahaha

7 - I can't say I forgot the number entirely but it felt fairly natural to skip it, even if I was aware that that was happening. I've never managed to get anything involving amnesia to work... well, as far as I know I suppose ;)

dhltn8624 hypnosis is just communicating on purpose, i do hypnotherapy all the time and i didnt forget the number as much as i would have liked even though i followed the instructions, not everything will work for everyone, maybe if they captured more of your conscious attention this would be more effective Although i noticed i was more relaxed and stopped making pictures of the number i still said the number internally, maybe you like me think about numbers in more than just images/visuals (which is what sensory channel she was manipulating using metaphor) Try imagining she had the sound of the word muffle or even the number line shrink

This didn't work for me, I remembered the number 7, so bummed out. I have watched several of you videos and some make me very relaxed and I noticed my fingers tingle a lot plus my face gets very warm, like I'm facing a heat lamp. I'm not sure I can be hypnotized or not, but think I'll keep watching them and maybe with practice I can get into a trance.

I really like your videos, and always feel nice and relaxed whether they are rapid inductions or not, so i always think it will probably work this time....and then it doesn't! So frustrating as I really want it to work. I feel like it's always almost but not quite. Maybe i just need longer. I have noticed that if i'm asked to imagine something real, like the lemon test, it works just fine, but if I'm asked to imagine something that isn't real like 'the number 7 doesn't exist' my mind instantly says 'that's not true!' How can i get past this? I'm sure there must be a way i can be hypnotised
