Looked insane, but was actually a very basic combo: 2 echoes on diff teammates, embrace, communion. The set-up takes 3 GCD's, I guess that's why it looked like they dropped so long without any healing. But once it's set up, it's probably the biggest team heal within 3 seconds you could have in the whole game.
