This bad boy line of storms moved from your area to us in Bee County about 3:45. It was one of the worst wind we have seen in a long time!! Glad you were able to prop up your tent until it passed. Better try to get your house dried in before hurricane season is in full swing.
Oh Jared! I saw the radar for your area last night and prayed for you and your family. I'm sure you're family was really worried about you. Sorry for the damage dear, thankful everyone is safe and unscathed. Praying for you guys. Stay safe and GOD bless
Jared, that was an awesome freaking intense vlog. So happy you and all our favorite dogs made it through the rest of the early morning. I hope you got enough rest to take Baxter to his appointments. Maybe on the way back STR Talks will have an update! Love and Prayers. Peace.
That was wild! Yes...set yourself and the pups up in the house...this is only the first of these kinda storms...tis da season! Stay safe! ✌😯😃....glad to see it calming down!
Oh my, Jared, you would think they would make those tents stronger to with stand a storm. I feel bad for you my friend, not nice and all your stuff in there. I think it’s good you caught that on camera good thinking. Hope little Baxter is doing ok. Take care and hope the best for you!! 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
❤Well Jared🤩This is a Good Adventure, because you can show all Tent Campers and Dewellers this is nothing to play around with when a Storm is coming on!🤔😱👍👌🤞✌️🙏🙌💦☕🌅🤩🌧️☔
Should have got you a 6x6 tin storage building for a lawn mower that way the wind wouldn't break it and you could use it for storage once the house is built.
I like that you filmed the storm. What a wild ride. Glad you and your dogs are fine. You will remember this someday and laugh about it when your in your cozy new home. I admire what you do for your dogs. Living in a tent so you all can be together. Your one tough dude. Things will get better. I pray for you and Baxter❤
I will be so glad when you 4 can get into your house - even if there's only one room that's habitable. Hope all of you are safe and not too much in damages. Be safe and love to all of you! ❤
Jared, you should get out of that tent.. poor Baxter is helpless and you had your hands full..plus two other dogs to contend with.. I was scared for y'all.🙏
WOW! What a hair raising experience! Literally! Glad you and the dogs are safe! We had it here in Dallas area on Monday and more moving in this afternoon.
And hence the reason I have always bought dome tents; they don't tend to do that. And the problem with touching the fabric when it's raining is that then the water will come through it and it rains inside the tent. Sorry you had that miserable experience!
Not good. Run for the high mountains as they say. If that falls down on you while you was asleep you could've died. Jared you might rethink about a tent. I'm praying it passes fast.
Jared, things will be better with daylight. You have so much on your plate right now, animals and build, but reach out to those you can trust if you need to talk it out or need help to refocus. Take care of you. Good luck today with Baxter, clean up your tent home when you get back and rethink your options moving forward. ❤🙏
Hoping your all alright this morning your a great fur Dad Jared. Prayers for Baxter. With nerve damage Im sure you know but it causes serious pain when healing. Wanted to know for Baxter 😌
Texas storm was ferocious! Glad you and the dogs are okay! I hope there was no major damage to you or your property! Take cake and stay safe! God bless! 🙏🏼
Glad you and the furrbabies are ok. I was driving in a sprinkle, then it turned into a light rain and then all hell broke loose. I couldn't see anything but the headlights from the cars coming towards me and the windshield had fogged up which made it worse.nitbwas raining sideways with serious winds and I was on my way to work, it was about a quarter till 10 (pm) and I didn't know if I was going to get sideswiped or hit head on or if I was going to be the one sideswiping someone because I couldn't even see the center line in the road. Then after about 7 or 8 minutes it passed. I was shaking so badly I could hardly drive, even after being able to see! So I can't imagine having to fight that kind of thing in a tent, outdoors while trying to protect your furrbabies. Bless your heart hun.
I glad you didn't get blown into Kansas! (Dorothy and Toto reference here) Seriously, you are probably the strongest willed young man that I know! Water in the tent? It'll dry soon. The best thing about you (other than your good looks!!) is your positive attitude, plus your 'I dont give a shi+ if you like my videos or not' voice. And you know your mom and dad probably slept thru all of this. Hoping when daylight gets there, you will see how to fix your tent. Build a vertical center brace from 2x4's with a crossed base screwed to the center brace, top and bottom. Cushion the top with a pool noodle zip-tied to the crossed top. I'd hate to see you and the doggos having to go into a smaller tent. Hope your weather calms down. Oh, not that it matters, but I like your hair just as it is. You keep it hidden under your hat almost always, so most of your subscribers don't have a clue how you look without a hat on!! If you want to cut it, that's your call. Just don't do it from 'scriber pressure. Hugs from Alabama! Patricia
I am praying for you all.❤ Tornados everywhere down there. I think some of the comments are good ideas . I like the enclose part of your house so you can set up a tent inside. ..just in case
That was scary and I wasn't there. I live in southeast Louisiana about 5 miles west of New Orleans. We got that weather today. We got 7 to 8 inches of rain. It flooded all around my house but no water inside. Some places around here and New Orleans got 8 inches or more. The water is pumped out. So the pumps can't handle that much rain. It took hours to drain. Hope you and the pups stayed safe the rest of the night. God Bless.
Mobile al, here they are predicting 80 mph gust this afternoon, schools business are closed or closing at 12:00 today. So sorry you are having to deal with all that. Be safe
Glad you made itthrough that storm, but it is April & in the south it is prime storm & tornado weather. I commented on a previous video about me living in a tent all summer while building a house. Me & hubby & a 7 month old lol..we built a platform to put our massive army tent on.....made it comfortable..but when it stormed we had to leave & go sit it out at a fast food place. Thank God we never had any come in the night like this ! Glad your safe !!!
Glad y'all made it. Cattle panel hoop tent......Just an idea. We live in a hurricane zone on Southeast coastline of NC and our cattle panel hoop greenhouses and storage areas always seems to make it when other stuff just blows away. Cheap and sturdy.
I'm sorry about the storm damage. This is incentvie to get the house good enough to move your tent into it. Texas and Arkansas can sure stir up some serious weather. You may need to rethink your tent living....what you're getting now is heading our way.... a story for your grandkids some day, glad you're OK
Wow pretty scary. Better get moving on the build or at least a place to move the tent into. I bet the dogs are freaking out. Sorry this happened to you. Hang in there. 😮❤
Wow, glad you all are ok. I love all of you, but I mostly was worried about Baxter. He is my baby these day. May you sleep well tonight. Much Love! Karen ❤😊
Sounds like a tornado. I was raised in Arkansas and never got used to the tornado winds. They can pull up huge trees, fence posts, etc. Build yourself a small underground shelter while you are building your house. Hope you are ok. Tennessee Hinkles
Not good Jared but I’m so glad you videoed it as it just shows you, you never know what’s round the corner. Did the storm come out of the blue or did u know it was coming. I hope you and the dogs are okay and stayed dried at least. Take care xxx
TRY TO GET A SPOT FIXED IN YOUR HOME TO PUT YOUR TENT IN. YOU NEED THE SHELTER FOR YOUR TENT. STAY ALERT BE SAFE GOD BLESS LOVE YOU JARED. YR.S AGO MY EX AND I WERE CAMPING ON TOP OF A MOUNTIAN THERE WAS A STORM WITH 90 MPH WINDS ALL THE TENT POLES BLEW OUT BUT BECAUSE OF HIGH WINDS THE TENT STOOD FULLY UP LIKE THE POLES WERR IN PLACE. WE GOT OUT AS SOON AS WE COULD AND DROVE HOME. GOD BLESS JARED. LOVE YOU ANNAMAY
WOW Jared that was extremely intense to say the least. Thank the Lord you and the pups didn’t get seriously hurt. Please stay by whatever means you can. I’m so very sorry this happened. God Bless you and keep you all safe. Much Love❤🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸
ROTFLOL! Was fun to see your experience, Live! Yeah, I know it is miserable at your end, but watch this video in a month, bet you'll laugh too. Good thing there was no lightening. Thanks for sharing. It reminds me of past events in my life, if you get back to sleep I'll be surprised. Hope the rest of your day goes fine.
Jared, I'm so sorry you're having a hard time. Stay dry and take care of Baxter. Don't let him get wet or scared. Maybe the sun will be out in the morning
The wind has been crazy where I am too. Hope you will be safe with your dogs. I hate when water gets in. I just got a new tent today. Crazy zippers easily break.
