Hey George, you look great being under 200 lb. I hope it feels good for you. I’m sure you are well aware that if your eyes go black for you when you go from sunlight to inside the interior, to have a seat and cool your face and neck area. Those cooling cloths are really good for you too. I’m the Burse Casemanager that met you near Corpus when I lived there. You were really nice to my client that got a bit lost in the area. I am 79 now and moved back to Illinois to allow my folks to die at home and stay out of a nursing home. I do miss Texas but ok in Illinois. I’m part of a rescue for cats n dogs. Have to stay busy. Anyway, take care of your eyes. ❤

Great job guys your little oasis is coming along. . It was good to see Matt cooking again, I use to follow his channel too ( we sure do miss it Matt)😘. You guys cook like I do, I don’t do exact recipe.. haha I do a little of this, a little of that but it all works out in the end. I’m sorry to hear that Mama Crocker isn’t feeling good.. I’ll definitely keep her in prayers 🙏✝️ and sending love to her and your whole family Jared. I caught this video a little late but been trying to do catch up since our storms. As for the heat - maybe get a mist fan, or a sprinkler out in the yard. It will surely keep you guys cooked down. Jared the best time to water the grass it's between 5 and 6:00 in the morning it gets a chance it will get the chance when the sun's hitting the grass to get all the fungus off ideal landscaping since 12 years old and now I'm 54 how you don't get fungus on your plants your gardening wiregrass the water everything between 5 and 6:00 a.m. in the morning

Jared, sometime show a picture of your yard the BEFORE and AFTER you’ve been there. Now with the house all sheeted in with the roofed patio it’s becoming a home. And You have a “green” thumb as we say in the south. Doing this it has improved your parents place, with improving the lake and pool. It’s becoming a beautiful place in which to live. If I had a ur-age daughter or granddaughter (mine is 21), I would drive there so y’all could meet. We live in East Texas. You should not over do in that heat there. Be careful. Proud for you! I watch this after y’all put the roof on the patio.
I like it 5000 likes for Matt's cooking on the grill. How were the potatoes with Honey Butter? and onion? Love onions cooked on the grill. Everything looked so delicious.
