Thank you all for signing a CD for my Father In Law, who has dementia, a few years ago at De Monfort Hall, Leicestershire a few years ago. He still tries to play his ukulele during his illness and you bring happiness to his life, and ours. XX

This is so brilliant! I love this rendition even more than I like the original song, and I really love Gnarls Barkley's music. The uke playing was so creative and interesting, the background harmonies were great, and your singer really made such a fun take on the vocals! 10/10. I am a fan!

I haven't watched this in months, since I was only leaving the house once a week for essentials. Back then I was going a little (very very little) bit crazy. These videos were helping, sometimes by pulling the stopper on bottled emotions. Well, as I watched this today, the tears were rolling down my cheeks again.

Superb vocals

Hello! This is so good! I actually saw you live in Sundsvall, Sweden in March (performing this amazing song, among all the other amazing songs) and I had intended to buy a CD and have it autographed by you. I usually feel rather silly doing that, but for you I have turned in to such a fan girl, for once it doesn't seem to matter that I am married and have children, owning my own house and is all grown up. But after the show everything was sold out and when some of you were out there I was talking to my friends and when I finally saw you you were on your way out, and I didn't have a chance to stop you! I felt like I really missed something, and I really wanted to tell you this, so here it goes instead: I think you are really amazing! Listening to you all play your ukuleles in the most marvelous way even made me and some of my friends buy our own ukuleles (cheap ones, but still) and have a go at it ourselves. We didn't get that good, lack of time but definitely not lack of interest, but we did manage to play a few songs at some friends wedding, one of them being your version of "You don't bring me flowers". And we even nailed it, with all the running around and everything! (Maybe not the best lyrics for a wedding, but never mind that.) I don't think anyone in the audience had any idea what was going on, and during the rehearsal before the party one guy in the catering staff who studied music said he had never seen anything like it before, but we had so much fun doing it! (I was hoping for it at the show, it would have been great to see it live, but I guess RU-vid will have to do). And I really wanted to tell you all this in person after the show in Sundsvall. And tell you how amazing it was to finally get to see you live, I have been wanting that for almost 15 years. And I wanted to tell you what an impact you made all those years ago when I first saw you on RU-vid! Thank you for all of that! Hanna

The first time I heard your Orchestra I was blown away that the Ukulele could make such great music. Thank you for what you are doing and I look forward to many more years of your great entertainment.

I came here after having heard too many covers of Crazy, and not needing to hear another one. I'm telling you that I was skeptical before I even started listening, or that my ears already had a pre-judgement. But that made me hear the remarkable thing UOGB somehow manages to do every time with every song, which is that you apply your own musical sense to the material. I don't hear a ukulele band trying to be Gnarls Barkley; I hear the sound of a truly great ukulele band playing a song composed by a different band. Maybe it's hard to explain, but I see now how UOGB keeps the music fresh and alive...with simple little instruments, simple vocal styles. It's beautiful, and fills the heart of any folk musician with hope. This is the band that can make any song beautiful. Please, always make your music the way you do. I hear something really special in your method.
