I honestly can’t stop watching this. Anytime I get a few minutes, I pull my phone out and watch it again! It’s so beautiful and so beautifully shot! Ally, your grace, energy and talent are unmatched. The late Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi was a proponent of "flow" which he also called "negentropy." Colloquially, it's "being in The Zone" where time and everything outside of what you're doing falls away. Yeah, I think that applies to Ally playing the pipes. Amazing focus!

I am an American. I grew up hearing the bagpipes. My southern California high school was Scottish themed. We were the Highlanders. Our fight song was Scotland the Brave played on bagpipes. Some years the Highlander bagpipers were good. My graduating class had the worst bagpipers in human history. Really bad bagpipers make one appreciate a really good bagpiper.

Excellent video. Do you realize that you are helping the novice musicians learn how to separate instruments individually from their associated music? Your instrument is far enough removed, that it very clearly defines the lead and still fits in well. You have a lot to be proud of.
