Reimagine 3 is my #1. SB4 #2. This list was a tiny bit dunk heavy. But I can live with all of that, I really had a problem with playoff 13’s being #19, easily a top 10 shoe. I cannot believe you had 2 pairs of 8’s in the top 23. I just don’t feel the 8’s, you do you. Y’all do a great job.

Great list overall, honestly it's difficult as 2023 was a great year for shoes. Kinda shocked that there was no Adidas on the list, I know it's a recent release but do feel like the Fear of God Basketball are nice. Also the Yeezy drops this year re-released some of my favorite shoes.
I agree with your list jay! Can’t argue with it lol. My top 5 is the j balvins, union X BBS (I fell in love with these idc lol), gratitude, Jordan 4 sb and Doernbecher Hugo. But 2023 was the best year for sneakers I’ve seen in a LONG while and made me broke so it was a great year for speakers ahah! 😅🤷🏽♀️.

Jay your top shoes for 2023 are fire like the Nike hurrito dunks. The Jordan 13s the Travis Scott Jordan ones and the Nike dunk April's and the Nike dunk court purples. Those shoes are all fire and they wish I had some of those shoes in my collection but I know some of those shoes are pricey. But what I admire about you Jay is that you know what you want and you go and get it if it's possible and also you know some important people to help you get these shoes and that is what I admire the most about you because you have done so much for the sneaker culture

You got #1right, but the AMM Jordan 5 D&D should have been #5. I feel like Complex may have let the politics influence their decision to leave them off the list due to the controversy, because AMM 5 easily crushes 10-5 on their list. The level of re-imagining the AMM Jordan 5 goes well beyond any other Jordan collaboration this YEAR, 2nd only to the Jordan SB 4. That kind of re-tooling and re-imagining is what should be considered when choosing your top 10's. Peace and Love

@19:57 I wanted cherry 🍒 12’s in size 11.5 I took L’s on Snkrs but luckily for me I copped for $40 over retail here in Compton people scooped up 4-5 pairs of those. We may never see them retro again so I had to at least get one pair. Cherry 12’s and Playoff 12’s are my most worn pair of 12’s with Flugame 12’s outsoles worn out.
