Ingredients:
creamcheese 100 grams (6 tbsp)
butter 100 grams (6 tbsp)
sugar 180 grams (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
egg 4 large (65 grams each with shellL
all purpose flour 125 grams ( 1 cup)
cornstarch 20 grams ( 2 tbsp)
baking powder 5 grams (1 1/2 tsp)
pinch of salf
cheddar cheese for toppings
1 cup (grated)
Note: If you are using cake flour skip the cornstarch and make it 140 grams of cake flour.
Baking time: 25 to 30 minutes/ 20 to 25 minutes at 180°c until golden brown.
Oven temp: 160°c
