Hello po.I tried your version of taisan.Its good not too sweet.Just one thing when my cup cake is done what could be my mistake it became saggy.When its hot ok sya maalsa but when I take it out bumagsak na yung cake.
You can make homemade cake flour by using 1 cup of all purpose flour take 2 Tbsp of all purpose flour replace 2 Tbsp of cornstarch then sift mo 3 times
Ask ko lang po ..i tried this its very yummy and looks fluffy while baking..but once i took it out from the oven to coold down it shrinks in the middle .bakit po kaya?
Siguro kulang pa sa luto sa gitna magka iba kasi ang oven temperature natin kailangan mo pa nag extra minutes para maluto siya or baka na over mixing ang batter
