▷How to make：
1. Beat cream cheese until soft.

85 g water
50 g unsalted butter

55 g cake flour

▷How to make：
1. sift the cake flour to remove lumps. Beat the eggs.
2. Heat water, salt, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. When the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat, add the cake flour, and stir until the mixture is no longer powdery.
3. Heat over medium heat again until the dough flakes.
4. Transfer to a bowl, add the egg mixture in 2 to 3 batches and mix until shiny and smooth.
5. Squeeze out the dough, brush with the excess egg mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 40-45 minutes.
