The Cream Track is the name given to this lush rainforest track which generally follows Road Reserve from Springbrook Mountain to Tallebudgera Valley, including some significant sections of jungle and multiple forest types on Serenity Farm private property and National Park.
The Cream Track passes through Serenity Farm, a private property whereby "a permit is required" to traverse this upper section of the trail. Lawful access to the private property portions of the Cream Track has been temporarily granted by the property owner Realcal Pty Ltd. This is contingent upon walkers:
* obtaining a permit from The Cream Track
* carrying a printed copy of the permit on their person at all times
* restricting the time and date of their walk in accordance with the time frame specified in the valid permit and
* accepting all of the conditions of the permit as detailed therein, including the use of the pathogen control stations deployed at either end of the track.
