Then you absolutely need to try them, they are so delicious. Of course unless you don’t like nuts. In Argentina we have great beef, so one staple food is bbq and we have a video with my father making it, I think it’s still out there. Another traditional is empanadas, we also have a video but it’s old so maybe I could re shoot it.

In this video, you say to use 2/3 a cup of sugar. However, the link to the recipe that you post to says to use 1 and 1/3 cup of sugar. So, which one is it?
Yes, you can use store bought pistachio paste if you want. The ones I find here in Spain have a very low % of pistachio, that’s why I didn’t considered it.
