This is my favourite dessert and have received compliments from my neighbours when I share with them. I have also tried a variation of using RichTea biscuits instead of Digestives and a bit of nuts to the mixture. Instead of sour cream , I tried Greek yoghurt as a substitute. Would you substitute same amount?
